Reviewed By YukamiK1When we arrived in the evening, we went swimming in Lake Biwa. There were life jackets at the back of the hotel, and since there were no rules regarding their use, and they were not protected by nets, we used them. When I went to return them the next day, the guy who runs the SUP school said to me, "You used our life jackets, didn't you? When I asked him if I could use it freely, he replied, "You're not allowed to use it. The way he said it made me feel uncomfortable because he blamed me as if I was a thief. After that, when I went to the hotel to tell them that if we were not allowed to use it, they should post a sign or protect it with a net, they told me to tell the vendor directly because SUP is run differently, and the SUP operator looked a little scary, so I told the hotel staff, but they didn't understand. In the end, I was told to go directly to the vendor. In the end, the hotel staff said, "I'll let the vendor know," but there was no word about the fact that they were making it difficult for us to understand how to use the SUP activity, which made me sad. I wish they would have said something when we checked in. The cleaning staff and BBQ preparers were very nice, so I was disappointed with the front desk and the vendors who came and went. There were other small details that bothered me, and I felt that the hospitality part of the place was not good.

Reviewed By josepht203A pretty old hotel which requires immediate maintenance & upgrading. Interior decoration fairly basic but clean. Though staying during the autumn time, the air-conditioning inside the room pretty stuffy which made us fairly uncomfortable. Set dinner was quite good but breakfast choices quite limited. Stayed at the lake-facing room, views were ok but not breathtaking.

久しぶりにペンションに泊まりました。
Reviewed By 康司磯京都から小一時間で行ける手軽さに加え メタセコイヤ並木の中にあるペンション 冬ソナで有名となり今だに人気の並木道 どちらかと言うと北大のポプラ並木みたいですがー。 想像以上に立派な巨木と長い道その終わりかけの小道の果樹園の奥にあり、最初の印象は民家。 中に入ると大きな螺旋階段があって ペンションらしからぬ感じ。螺旋階段のよこがダイニング。大きな家族風呂もあり、 二階が客室。 タオルや歯ブラシ、ドライヤーもあり 浴衣が無いだけでホテルみたいでした。 部屋は和洋室で広く綺麗でした。 食事は和牛の陶板焼コースで柔らかい肉で 高島産のお米はお代わり自由で、美味しいご飯でした。 朝ご飯はパンの焼ける時間に合わせて3通りの時間で焼き立てパンの洋食。 美味しいご飯があるので和食の方が良かったかな？卵かけご飯食べたかったです。 夜はみんなでDVDを見て楽しみました。 沢山のDVDがあり、ゲームや本も置いてあり 楽しい時間が過ごせます。 新緑の季節に是非また行ってみたいと思います。

Nice location, silent place.
Reviewed By leilalirThe ebisuso is location in convenient place. 5mins walk to Takashima Station. The hotel holds by a couple. They are so nice. The home-made breakfast is so delicious. The host drove me to the shirahige shrine for the sunrise . That’s so grateful. The toilet and bath is public but so clean. And the whole floor was only me used. It was a relax time in Takashima.

近場で非日常体験
Reviewed By シンジ0804大雪が降る中伺いました。 辺り一面銀世界というか、雪の中にペンションが埋まっている状態で、近畿にもこんな所があるんだと驚いたのが第一印象でした。 建物の中に入ると、可愛らしいインテリアで、室内も清潔にされていて好感が持てました。ステーキディナープランでしたが、味・ボリュームともまずまず。ステーキが冷めていたのが少し残念でした。お風呂は少し狭いです。同時には大人１人と子供２人くらいまでしか入れないかと思います。 ヤマガラの餌やりはしませんでしたが、朝に庭に出ると、ヤマガラが人懐こく目の前までやって来ます。野鳥の写真を撮る方にはオススメかもしれません。 総評としては、まずまず満足しました。 都会の喧騒から離れるにはうってつけの宿だと思います。
