Adults Only + Stairs Only (No Elevator) We do not have an elevator and all our rooms start on the second floor of the property. If stairs are a problem then please consider staying elsewhere. We do have staff that will assist you with bringing up your bags but you would still have to go up the stairs to reach your room. Transportation The Best way to arrive to our property is via Uber. OSJ is a completely walkable city designed more than 400 years ago. Meaning, cars were not part of it’s design and the best way to get to know the city is by foot. Parking We do not offer parking. If you are driving, we suggest you park in any of these parking lots within OSJ: Dona Fela La Puntilla Covadonga These are the most reasonably priced options in OSJ. All within walking distance of our property. You may just copy and paste the names and insert in Google Maps or any other App of your preference. We do suggest you stop by the property to drop off bags and then find parking :) Please mind, you will not be using the car while in OSJ. It will be convenient to have if you are planning day trips outside of the San Juan area. Check-in Check-in is scheduled for 4PM. We love having guests check-in early and can not guarantee an early check-in. We do suggest you stop by property to process your paperwork. We will gladly hold your bags for you while you lounge around property, explore the city and/or grab a bite to eat. We will make sure to text you as soon as your room is ready so you may check-in. Check-out Check-out is scheduled for 11AM. We can only guarantee a late check-out during the last day of your stay as they are based on availability. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable, not to mention conveniently located and walkable to everything Old San Juan offers. The open bar is a great amenity that we enjoyed as well….the rum cocktail and the relaxed opportunity to converse with staff and other travelers. What truly sets it apart and makes it exceptional, is the amazing service! Every single member of their team was kind and welcoming, willing to go above an beyond to ensure you an enjoyable stay. Miguel and Adriel stand out especially-they truly embody the definition of hospitality! Rene and another young bartender (cannot remember name-in college for criminology) were great too! If I ever have a chance to return to SJ, I would stay here again, without doubt. I highly recommend you book it too, for a great experience!

When we arrived, it was disappointed because I didn’t received any help except for Luis bellman that came sprinting from the lobby to the taxi to help me. There where 2 other bellman stand watching without doing anything there names were Ian and Emanuel which they were struggling even to find me a taxi. At the start I didn’t want it any help because no one offered it, but Luis told me that I was on vacation and on his watch, I was going to enjoy Puerto Rico. He convinced me to accept his service and it was awesome!!! He sent me down to Fajardo and Cabo rojo and everything he did and told me it was above and beyond. I’m definitely coming back if he’s here. And the front desk team did a really good job and the choices team. But Luis THANK YOU!!! And I hope you accomplish everything in the music industry!!!

IT’S THE SERVICE

Those being that the elevators didn’t always work at peak efficiency, our room wasn’t ready at Check-In (I’ll speak to that later in my review) and as others have said the rooms are a little dated. The thing that stood out to me is how attentive the staff is and the fact that EVERY employee I encountered worked their butts off to ensure that all guests had a wonderful stay. Like I said everyone was so attentive and worked very hard, however their were a few employees that absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had a quality stay those employees are as follows. Grace DeJesus-When our room wasn’t ready at the posted Check-In she kindly explained what was going on and gave us what I consider fair compensation for our inconvenience. Adrian (who works at the front door)-Greeted us each and every time that he saw us and was always willing to help with food and entertainment recommendations. Joshua (who works at the pool)-Was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything and also went as far as to say “Thank you to your family for coming down here and staying at our property” MYRNA (who works at the pool)-In my opinion she was the absolute star of this property and made our time at the pool an awesome experience. The energy that she brings to her job and her desire to ensure that everyone is taken care of is unmatched.

Reviewed By GeladlI loved literally every moment of this trip. The bed and breakfast was amazing and beautiful. It was tranquil and serene and my heart was so happy. The outside of the individual rooms is open and the guests are so wonderful and want to meet and hang out. I have literally never felt such a wonderful presence of customers wanting to interact with eachother. Just wonderful. Also the packages are amazing. We did the Rainforest one where both Geos were fantastic and then the snorkeling from Ree was super cool. The only issue we had as a couple celebrating our anniversary was the ‘Glass Cottage’ room. Please don’t rent that room for anything above $50, and warn unsuspecting travelers of how tiny this room is. Dreamcatchers was so great as they allowed us to upgrade our room for 3 out of 5 nights which was fun because we did a “sampler” type deal where we switched rooms 3x that week, which we were so grateful for. What I will say though is every sucker who rented the room chatted with us in the common space about how awfully dissatisfied they were. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Reviewed By stephanieaG7745TKI don’t even know where to start. My experience at Condado has been exactly what all my other trips has lacked. Luxury and the desire to make sure I was well cared for. From the moment I walked in they did not disappoint me. However there was something that my room was missing, not the hotels fault, that I wanted. I asked Christiam if he could help me. He said he would check. I went to visit my parents room and by the time I came back down Christiam had resolved my request but even if he had not resolved it his willingness was most appreciated!!! Again it was a request, not anything the hotel did so he didn’t have to go out of the way to help me. However he doesn’t know how much doing so changed My entire experience. People are so rude at times to individuals in hospitality, but if you simply treat people the way you want to be treated you would be surprised what they would be willing to do for you. Thank you again for the perfect start to the perfect trip.

Horrible and Overpriced for what you get
Reviewed By GinCasSamOverpriced for what you get. The rooms are really dated. The staff is not friendly. Bathroom door was broken and the dressers were beat up. There is no room service and the room cleaning was terrible. The mirrors and windows had streaks the blankets were never folded. Towels were left on the floor. They never replaced the soap and the coffee cups. And you have to pay daily for parking. I’m glad I only stayed for only two days and booked another hotel for the remainder of my vacation.

Reviewed By Bayview22We loved our 1 night stay here. Our room was quite large and perfect for our family of 4. The location was central allowing us to easily walk around the area. The decor through out was fun, colorful and had some intresting details. There is lots of roof top seating and great views of the surrounding area. The staff here is great and our check in was a breeze. When we were a little lost trying to find our room a gentleman came to our rescue and escorted us to our room even helping us with our luggage! Unfortunately for me I woke up the next morning with an issue with my eye. I needed to get medical help immediately. The woman at the front desk was a huge help locating the right doctor for me to go to and spoke directly with the office to explain my situation. Sadly I did not get her name but she saved the day!
