Reviewed By rebeccamB151HHWe stayed here for two nights. The room was an excellent size and spotlessly clean. The hotel has tatami flooring throughout and low beds in the rooms which makes for an authentic Japanese experience. Would highly recommend.

Reviewed By 23katfLocation is the only selling point of this hotel. Breakfast spread is so-so. Staff are not so friendly. The rooms are just fine, but they are just good for sleeping and putting your stuff when you're out travelling. Note really for a staycation type of thing. But the location is near Namba and it is really convenient.

Reviewed By Allan16888The location is excellent as the Nippombashi Station is just 2 blocks away. Kuromon Market is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room size is a bit small but it has everything that we need. The room has plenty of outlets and 2 usb outlets for your gadgets. The bathroom is big but I think the bedroom suffered a bit in size but it didn't bother me. Their semi-double bed is just an ordinary single bed which is around 1 meter width. Staffs are polite and courteous and accommodate most request/s except for additional pillow or for complimentary bottled water, which they don't provide, but I think it's ok as 7-Eleven is just opposite the hotel. 7-Eleven sells a 2-liter bottled water for around 100 yen (or around 48 pesos). The hotel bathroom is quite clean and the bedroom is relatively clean except for the carpet which I think they should vacuum thoroughly on a daily basis. Overall, excellent stay at this hotel.

If you want to enjoy Osaka Dotonbori, this is the hotel for you. BON Condo Namba Nihonbashi opened in November 2019. All of the rooms are 39m², spacious and comfortable for long journeys. 2 minutes walk to Dotonbori. It is ideal for shopping and eating during the day and enjoying the famous neon signs at night. This apartment hotel is a 2-minute walk from the popular Kuromon Market, and is very popular for sightseeing in Osaka.

Reviewed By Dreamseeker58숙소가 도톤보리와 가깝고 조금만 걸어서 가면 난바역이 있어 교통이 편리해요. 주인이 무척 친절하고 질문에 설명도 잘해주었어요. 방이 대체로 작고 대로변이라 소음이 좀 있는 편입니다.

Great first impression- one guy ruined the experience
Reviewed By JollyF10Positives: new clean hotel with a great location. Nighttime front desk staff (lady) was very kind and very helpful. Negatives: One the first night, they screwed up our booking for by giving us a smaller room, good we didn’t pay for the larger room. So all things considered, that was ok but not ideal. Room cleaning: We found out that the rooms aren’t cleaned unless you sign a signup sheet downstairs every morning. They didn’t explain this to us until we got back at night to a dirty room. Turns out hanging a “please make up room” on your door sign is useless. We tried to sign up the next day but they refused to clean our room since apparently they have another rule that they don’t clean rooms after 12 noon. An older fellow manning the reception at that time was grumpy, rude and won’t bother to help. Later, I went back to the front desk later to explain that we had a new booking for an additional night and so our booking was a new one so they had to clean our rooms, the same rude guy wouldn’t even talk to me. Instead he rudely motioned his friend to deal with me. The new guy seemed more helpful. Overall my first impression with the hotel was quite good. But dealing with this rude guy on the front desk will not make us come back here ever again. If there’s a way to review this hotel between poor and average, that would be my rating for this hotel.
