Reviewed By smrgeogStayed a night in Munster on our way to the Panzer museum. A great little hotel spanning several buildings. Really simple, clean, comfortable rooms. The showers and towels are a little small but really just nitpicking here. They have a really good breakfast spread in the morning. Friendly staff and good value. There is free parking available as well. Really pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Reviewed By berthaconcettoVi reserverede stedet da det så fint ud på billederne og vi skulle bruge er sted at sove 3 børn og 2 voksne. Vi ankommer kl. 20.00 og det ser fuldstændig lukket ud. Jeg finder et telefon nr. og ringer til en hjælpe de dame. Hun oplyser der er sendt en mail med check oplysninger. Det er der ikke og den bliver heller ikke fremsendt efter. Vi finder dog frem til værelser med hjælp som skulle være “superior værelse”. Det var en forfærdelig lejlighed og den var hår i badet fra andre gæster og skræmmende billeder på væggene. Det var svært at få børnene til at sove. Der var morgenmad inkluderet i prisen, kl. 8.00 kunne vi ikke finde noget morgenmad, dåren til reception var låst( som jeg fandt ved at spørge en mand som også gik forvirret rundt). Vi tjekkede ud som anvist på selv udtjekning så vores børn kunne få noget mad et andet sted fra. Da jeg kommer hjem modtager jeg en regning. Jeg skriver at jeg syntes der var beskidt og at der ikke var morgenmad. Jeg får en mail retur med jeg er blevet meldt både til de tyske myndigheder og hotels.com fordi jeg ikke vil betale. Jeg vil gerne betale, men havde reception været åben havde jeg brokket mig. Nok derfor den ikke har åben! Mega dårlig oplevelse, brug aldrig dette hotel

Nice, relaxing place
Reviewed By PhPSchThis town has its own charm. You drive into Munster and you can immediately tell, this was a military base. You see it while looking at the houses, the way the town is laid out and of course the Panzermusem shows it too. The town, with it's many paths is well kept up. This Hotel used to be an English officers’ casino, since 1999 in a new mantel. However still kept in the tradition of the officers. The service persons were very friendly and helpful, also the people at the reception. After 850 kilometers of driving, it was a joy to stretch out on a good bed.

Reviewed By Mr T3 star hotel. Nice and clean. Nice locales. Rooms are ok except; TV is as big as my IPad (or so it seems to me even though I don't have an IPad). Only local TV. Good beds! Staff are really nice and helpful, but the reception closes down at 21 (you are on your own). Small town hotel, no worries, no expectations and you are good.

Reviewed By jacobw834I came late after they had closed, its was easy to find the key and my room. Next morning the breakfast was really good. The staff is very friendly i really recommend. Outside the hotel was a babypool with free beverages. Small town with nice lake in the middle. Very nice pit stop if you are traveling though Germany like me.

Lovely ambience
Reviewed By Kazz1959This is a lovely hotel. Very clean with a great ambience. Breakfast was varied and everything was organic and prepared by hand. There are scented candles everywhere. A tranquil feel to the hotel as it is part of a private spa. Linda the owner is lovely, her English is not brilliant but better than our German but she made an effort every day to speak to us. Very friendly and helpful lady. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Reviewed By GeertroeffenOndanks alle coronamaatregelen was het een goed verzorgd verblijf. Mooie grote en vooral schone kamers. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met verse broodjes, fruit. Ondanks dat het langs een drukke weg ligt heb je hier nauwelijks last van.
