Rooms were large, light and airy, with excellent coffee machine, large shower room and separate wc. Staff were very friendly and facilities were ideal. A minute from the stunning train station and a few moments walk to the main shopping area and a large selection of bars and restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for an enjoyable and hassle free stay. Although we didn’t have breakfast, it looked great.

Reviewed By owidengrenThis was my first time in Leipzig and first time at a Premier Inn. I never heard of this chain before as I always use a hotel search engine for my trips. With Premier Inn I booked directly on their website. I have to start off by saying that the hotel and staff really exceeded my expectations. LOCATION is great, less than a 5 minute walk to the central train station. BUILDING is modern and the inside looks like it was just opened yesterday. Everything looks brand new and in perfect condition. Same applies for the rooms. I asked for a silent room not facing the street and I was assigned the room 601, which is an interior with plenty of light. ROOM size is decent, it's modern and with comfortable bed and pillows. You have the soft pillows on the bed already but the room also has two harder pillows if you prefer more firmness. You also have a water kettle, some cups/glasses, instant coffees, creams and sugars at your disposal, which was really nice. SHOWER has a rain shower head in addition to the standard shower. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. BREAKFAST was nice and is available from 07:00 to 11:00 for 12.50€. It consists of a buffet with crispy bacon (the best I've ever had!), scrambled or hard boiled eggs, small sausages, beans, different types of breads and pastries, pretzels, croissants, cold cuts, fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cereals, marmalades, honey, Nutella, bananas, apples, oranges. Then you shave a coffee machine which can do all types of coffeess. There are also a good variety of teas, etc. The only downside of the room was that it was right next to both elevators and you can hear them from this room, especially in the morning starting as early as 7:30. The first night/morning I didn't even notice them, but on my last night/morning I did. I'm glad I discovered this chain and will definitely consider it for any future trips and would really recommend it for a stay in Leipzig for it's great price/quality ratio. The staff at the reception, bar and breakfast were FANTASTIC!!

Reviewed By Brian7392The room was front facing onto Central Station however the double glazing kept outside sounds to a minimum. The room was clean, beds comfortable and shower was excellent. Breakfast was acceptable with hot and cold food available.

Reviewed By TRC2I booked this to be near to the main station and it is a very short walk. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and there are two great bars. A lobby bar that sells food and a sky bar outside the fine dining restaurant Falco on the 27th Floor. In my view this place can't be bettered in the area.

Bathroom clean and bright . Good secure inside bike storage . Very good breakfast with many food choices . On-site restaurant had a very limited menu and our service left a bit to be desired. It appears that they were short on serving staff and it showed.

Reviewed By Elisabeth PThere is no receptionist you have to use your phone to contact a call centre. Room was not vacuumed, toilets dirty. We had our room changed, instead of a double bed it was to single beds, same as in the room we were supposed to be in. Do they know how to make “a l’italienne” bed ? Do not advertise “double bed” when it’s two single beds. Blaming the direction for cutting corners, not the staff.
