Super accueil et très propre
Reviewed By r_myg854Accueil agréable et chaleureux, même si les gérants ne parlent pas très bien anglais, ils font beaucoup d'efforts pour vous servir. Ils disposent d'un petit magasin de boissons et gâteaux au Rdc qui est aussi l'accueil de l'hôtel on peut y boire un verre en terrasse. Après une nuit dans un 4 étoiles de Plovdiv vieillot et défraîchi, ce modeste 2 étoiles semble être un palace. Très belle expérience.

A little gem of a hotel
Reviewed By auntykathleen12019Had the pleasure of spending a night in this hotel. A friend kindly choose it for us and it was a fabulous choice. The room was massive, with a lovely balcony looking out on to the hills. We are with a party of 6 adults and three children and the food was very good, all the dishes were if the same quality. It was a Thursday evening and even though it's off the beaten track a bit it was buzzing with locals. Really look forward to staying there again.

Reviewed By Erwin vAbout a 18-20 minute walk from the train station, this place is located in a good and quiet spot, but only a 2 minute walk to the city center, which ahs a pleasant atmosphere. Contact with the owner was easy, clear (although he does not speak English very well) and the room was just good: spacious, clean, good Wifi, and the bed is really good. Very big plus is the big balcony (I'm a smoker), adjacent to another house/garden where 2 small dogs and a cat were always interested what I was doing. All in all a very comfortable stay for 2 nights in the midst of winter (3rd week of December). Highly recommended - if you go to Karlovo, book here! It's totally worth the money (around 20 euros per night).

Nice garden, pour service
Reviewed By kety05The place is great for kids. The garden and the playground are awesome. The rooms a spacious, but there are missing simple things like chairs, fridge and shelves to put your things on. The service at the restaurant is horrible. You can wait hours to get what you have ordered and at the end you might be charged few times for that. The food itself is not bad, but if you stay there for more than few days you will wonder what to order as there is not much to choose from. In overall with a small effort they can accomplish to make it better place. Except for the SPA area. It is small and dirty. for it's size nothing can be done. There is also a pool outside which was not working at the time I was there , but was great place for frogs. Not sure they will ever be able to open it for people again. The kids corner next to the restaurant was so dirty that the kids socks turned black for minutes and most of the toys were broken. There are many great places around for visiting.

Reviewed By 947boyanmDon't waste your time and money on this misery! Inadequate staff! We arrive at 21:00 and are told that we have nowhere to sleep, and we have prepaid a room for 3 people. We are offered one of us to sleep on the ground in a double room the size of a closet. The "manager" (absolutely inadequate!) Offers us the room for free. We don't have many options, that's why we go inside and we are greeted with beds without bedding, which we have to make ourselves and some kind of floor mat on which one of us can sleep. Subsequently, however, the "Manager" decided that it could not go that way and still forced us at 1 o'clock at night to pay some money for the room. Horror movie. The hotel and the rooms are dirty and quite neglected already. Bonus - a pub under the window, where people celebrated their wedding until the morning.
