Comfortable - Great Location, Good Value
Reviewed By SCS123A simple hotel with clean rooms and reasonable facilities which all worked well and we had a comfortable stay there - no complaints & good value for the money paid. Breakfast was great - a huge tray full of all sorts of breakfast foods was brought to our table for us to feast on - fresh, plentiful and yum ! Location of the Vego is excellent - right in the city centre next to or within a short walk of the all of the main city sights. We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Vego and considering the limited options for decent hotels in Ganja this is probably one of the best options (certainly THE best in terms of location!). Would happily recommend and would stay again if in Ganja.

Time travel to Soviet era
Reviewed By katinkakatIn Ganja Hotel you feel like you went back to the Soviet times! ? I really recommended to travellers who would like to experience something different than the standard hotels! Besides that we found the rooms very clean, the breakfast was also Ok (except there was no real coffee). The staff didn't speak English, but they were helpful, so we understood each other. The location of the hotel was perfect, in the city center and there was also a protected parking place.

There are different types of hotels. Some hotels are very chic and offer a wide range of services. Obviously, these hotels are very expensive. Reviewed By MarinaT2031This hostel is just amazing. Wonderful atmosphere, super clean place and special stuff. We were 3 nights there. Everything is stylish with lot of nice decorations/ornaments. The rooms are comfortable. There is big cozy leaving room + kitchen, big bathroom.

Reviewed By Abdulla AIf you don't want to ruin your holidays and keep your nerve cells safe, just stay away from this hotel. I was overwhelmed by this hotel years ago and was not expecting that things could go so bad in this hotel. So, I booked 2 standard rooms with breakfast for my family in this hotel and didn't even check the rooms, trusting them from my previous experience and I had to come back late night, where I discovered they settled us in the most noisy and stinky room, and when my spouse complained that our kid can't sleep due to the noise and smell, they were reluctant to change the room and demanded extra charge. Anyways, new room was not better in terms of cleanliness and stinky bathroom. The worst part was when we went downstairs to the restaurant to have breakfast in the stinky bistro style, where the LADY introducing herself as the MANAGER of the hotel, provided us with the outdated cheap bread and was arguing with us just like in the street with unfamiliar person. Also, she did a meeting with her colleagues in the corner of the restaurant and was yelling about us to them and they were very angry to us. We refused to have breakfast and they did not refund our money for the breakfast. Be aware of this hotel. It is a huge disappointment. Please do not cheat people. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all.

Reviewed By Nazim_0929TERRIBLE hotel in Azerbaijan......... I do not suggest to stay this hotel, bed is stone, breakfast is poor, don't waste your valuable time to this hotel. We have stayed just 1 day, we paid 165 Manat for 1 day for 2 persons, very expensive hotel.

Refurbished hotel in Ganja
Reviewed By RoamingmadThis hotel has been recently refurbished so everything is new. Staff require more customer service training as no so friendly. Breakfast is poor selection and same each day. No porridge or cereals options. Location is central although the road on front can be noisy and car fumes. At rear quite except room 302 as heating chimney outside room. Small rooms and no desk. Not as good as the decor shows. Issue with shower head. Pleasant and need to improve to be a 4 star even in Azerbaijan.

Reviewed By Vladimir SYou can stay in double or triple bed rooms and two apartments. The cost is very pleasing considering the fact that rooms are clean, spatious with daily cleaning service. All toiletries are available. Rooms either face the main road or the outdoor swimming pool. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and masage are also available. Pools, sauna and breakfast are included in the price. Rooms on the ground floor can be a little noisy as the reception desk is situated nearby. Restaurant with food of above average quality (AZ standards) is within the facility. Highly recommended. Staff can speak Russian, some even little English. Cost per person 30 - 40 AZN when solo at a triple bed room. When sharing the cost is 50 AZN.
