The room was comfortable, the food from the restaurant was super tasty and there were many spots with Bean bads, hammocks and lounge chair to assure a very real stay! Great snorkeling at the reef right in front of the property. The staff is amazing, super friendly and always happy to help with anything to make your experience better. I also did the open water diving certification while I was there and I 100% recommended diving with Jake!

Reviewed By Jetson2Loved this place, boutique feel, great staff, food at restuarant was good and the laundry service fantastic. We stayed 3 nights with views from our bed to the pool and sea beyond. The staff could not be more accomodating. And a fabulous dive centre right next door.

Reviewed By jasonmataramWe had never been here before. The caretaker looked after us. He had to ring and check our on line booking. The cheap room was clean, sit down toilet with fresh water bathing rather than salt. Nice. The fan was great. The caretaker invited us for dinner in his home. Breakfast was fried rice. The reef starts at the drop off. Go to the SE corner of the hotel, and follow the drop off north. The reef was very beautiful and the biggest schools of fish Ive seen anywhere were here.

I will be especially critical in both Booking and TripAdvisor with the hotel. I am not one of those who tell me that everything has been wonderful and then makes a bad review and I will give you my reasons. I am a person who goes straight and this Andy can tell you. I appreciate your kindness and that you have gone for my medicines. Before coming most of the criticism in Booking was based on a number of reasons. 1. Dirt in the area. This is not attributable to you, we have already talked about it. 2. Cold water. For me this is not a problem, and I have been too many hotels that lack it. I won't even mention it. 3. Open bathroom without roof. Nor is it a problem for me. Nor will I talk about it. I understand that the people who criticize this are an occasional traveler. 4. Bad WiFi connection. Upon arrival at the hotel we talked about this, I even asked you to change the room ... you could not problem it. You made me see what you were talking about with the WiFi technician ... but honestly there are people who have written about this for quite some time now and you still can't solve it. I think the solution should not be so complicated. To say that you have free Wi-Fi in all rooms is not to be true. Tonight for work reasons I needed internet. I went to the restaurant at 11:30 pm and there were three people sleeping. Thus it is impossible to work. If I had an acceptable connection in the room I wouldn't have needed to go. Of course, I could not work. I will record. 5. The high price of meals. Paying for a plate of spaghetti Bolognese 85,000 is outrageous. I have been in Indonesia for a month and I have not paid that price even in places more luxurious than your restaurant. This prize is more expensive than in my country. Never seen this in all Indonesia. All the dishes are very expensive and I only see one explanation. I see that few people eat at the hotel but all the people have dinner. It is impossible to dine outside the restaurant due to lack of light and it is very uncomfortable to come from somewhere else. And I understand that you know this and take advantage of it and I will be especially critical of this. 6. At 5:30 a.m. starting to work the machines is disrespectful to the tourist. If people come to rest and at 5:30 a.m. you have the machines running, you don't look for your guests. It is supposed to be a resting place. They woke me up, I have the excavator 25 meters away. This is unacceptable. Better close the hotel. 7. The theme of yesterday's excursion was also unfortunate. I meet at 7 and the boatman comes at 8 ... and I don't want to continue ... and as I told you yesterday, try to charge 800,000 girls to go to the opposite island ... and that person is a hotel worker which I understand that you get money from it. I don't know how you would react ... but for me it's a scam. I am really disappointed with the stay at the hotel. I understand that you don't like what you read, but I hope you know how to value and do something about it. It is much easier for me to tell you nothing, but just like yesterday, I wish you the best and try to make you see the opinion of a frequent traveler. I will be back in a few years, because as I said yesterday the possibilities of the area are immense ... than what I have seen in Indonesia, the best area by far is this one ... but it is in very bad conditions. Reviewed By bawa167799Please note that I did not stay here but merely staying for a day trip. Anyway great beachside area, snorkeling or SUP is the best option. The turquois, crystal clear water, lots of fish (actually lots and lots of fish), colourful corals, beautiful view. So many to describe and u can easily spend your days here daydreaming and reminiscing. Also you can travel to the 3 gilis of Gili Sudak, Tangkong and Gili Nanggu, or the smaller Gili Kedis nearby. An absolute gem; pristine beach, great snorkeling site, all the beach just for you and your love ones. Coming back to Cocotinos, lunch and the food is that much nicer.

Reviewed By jasonmataramWe saw the sign on the side track off the main road heading from Lembar to Seotong. Track it bitumen but a bit rough. The hotel is beautiful with luxurious rooms, reasonably priced due to covid. The restaurant is peaceful, right on the beach. The service and food were great. The view is across to Gili Kedis and Gili Sudak. A good swimmer could swim the distance.

Set right on oceans edge and nestled amongst established gardens of fragrant frangipani and coconut palms are 6 new king-sized rooms, 2 double bungalows,and 1 poolview villa room which overlooks the restaurant, swimming pool, bar. Each Palm room has hot water western-style bathroom, airconditioning, fans, safe, television and small fridge. Brilliant snorkelling right at the doorstep off a sandy beach! Magnificent sunset and sunrise views. Choice of pool or ocean. Peaceful. Relaxing.

Reviewed By Lisbeth BWe stayed in the 'delux-rooms', and was a little disappointed. It was nice and clean, but it seems like it has never been maintained. In one room there was no door handle to the toilet. Also it is very sounded, at you can hear all from the neighbor rooms. Staff is okay friendly, but didn't talk much. The beach was amazing.

Reviewed By Janelle MWe stayed at Villa Pemandangan in the front Villa. 1st time for us and loved the cleanliness and well kept establishment. room was comfortable with high ceilings large open en-suite. One issue is the room needs a small fridge as there are no shops close by so if you have water or food you wish to keep cool this is a must. Julie is a MASTER-CHEF! She loves what she does and you can see this in her presentation. No need to look for somewhere to eat, Julie can cook you a gourmet meal at the time you wish to eat. Your privacy is respected and werent bothered with any noise or other pesty guests. Julie arranged a both to take us to the 3 secret gillis which was an awesome day out. Its a great place to stay for a short stay and you can hire motor bikes from Villa and Neil was happy to drive us to Kuta for a fee. No taxis out this way. Although Julie can book one for you if your heading to airport.
