Located in Bat Yam, right in front of the Hagolshim Beach, Elis Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms. Free WiFi access is provided throughout the property. Reviewed By dors469Located a few dozen meters from the ocean, this hotel blew me away. I had to find a place to sleep at very late at night, personally checked out several different hotels on the,טיילת , the boardwalk across the ocean, and ended up choosing Elis Hotel for my stay. The staff: I was treated with excellent customer service from all of the employees I encountered. Respect, compassion, and genuine hospitality. The location: you can feel and smell the ocean breeze all day and night, there are bus stops within 200 meters in each direction, and the street is lined with restaurants, and there's even a 24 hours store 15 seconds from the hotel! (24h stores are not too common in Israel!) The room: The room looked and smelled clean, comfortable! You could genuinely unwind and relax, what more can you ask from a hotel room! :) Conclusion: The next time I will be visiting Tel-Aviv or any of its nearby cities, I will literally go out of my way just to go to Bat-Yam and spend the night at Elis hotel. I have never written up a review for any other restaurant or hotel before, but my stay at this hotel was truly superb from start to finish and is fully deserving of this review.

Half a night stay, no breakfast
Reviewed By Suzy BWe had an early morning flight, so needed to stay close to the airport. Left too early for breakfast. The hotel was clean and pleasantly arranged, we sat down to have tea in the breakfast room, as it was so pleasant. Had sea view room, which was also nice. On the other side, the room was small noisy, and it was hard to fall asleep early for our night flight. Bedding for the extra bed was put on the settee, but the bed was not made. We booked the hotel because it offered free private parking, but when we arrived it was not available. Lucky for us, we were held up in traffic and arrived late enough to park free on the street. The shower was a wet room, so water splashed everywhere and the shower was far too low even with my height. The receptionists were friendly and helpful which was a nice exception for our experience in Tel Aviv overall.

Worst experience in terms of property and service team
Reviewed By J4981RXekaterinapI have lost my flight and was looking for a reasonable hotel to spend one night near the beach. I booked the hotel on booking.com for 250£ a night. Reasonably I expected a decent property to stay. I arrived at the hotel 30 min after booking it online. The entrance was scary terrible with rats running around. I was thinking I arrived wrongly but local restaurant advised me I was in correct place and I just need go a level up. The lift was scary terrible and stinky with the rat I saw before I was scared to come . I called the hotel and explained I want to cancel. Hotel reception gentleman said it’s OK with no fees to cancel as long as I have cancelled within 4 hours of booking they will not charge. In good faith I left . After I was charged 200 £ Hotel refuse to reimburse me and said that I should have cancelled 5 days before my stay . So they have lied to me .

Reviewed By Travel-Rubin, Изумительный вид на море засыпаешь под шум прибоя, огромный балкон с удобными диванами, на которых можно спать, кофе, холодильник с напитками в номере, кофеварка тоже, огромная плазма, хороший интернет, море в тридцати метрах, кафе и магазины в шаговой доступности, цена приемлемая, которую хозяин снизил сам на следующий день, чем удивил. Понравилось не только мне,.но и гостям. На мой взгляд, эти апартаменты лучше на порядок, чем люкс в гостинице

Very Conveniently Located
Reviewed By Linda CI felt comfortable in the suite. It is a modest hotel but the helpful staff were welcoming and make my visit pleasant. I picked a sunny room and the noise from the street was not bothersome. The other side is quieter but darker I was given a choice of rooms. The shower worked well. I liked the full refrigerator and microwave. I was able to prepare and eat in my meals. The shopping is very good in the area. I had no bowls in the room but got some in the office. I walked to the Sea several times. Make sure to contact them before coming as the elevator requires a key. It is not well marked to know where to enter with an elevator. I advise calling for help before going up any stairs.

This place is unsafe and disgusting
Reviewed By aaraqueWe book an apartment at Spat Apartments via Hotels.com and read the features and saw the pictures. When we arrive we were told that our apartment was not located in the same adress, that we are going to be driven to another location. A man in a small dirty car took us to the most horrible construction site, the place was falling apart , the elctric plugs uncover, mattreses old, rubbish all over the lift and building, it was disgusting, we call Hotels.com to ask for a change and explain this place was not save for us to stay but they ignore our request and said they will discount 20% . No cooking facilities (an electric cooker on top of a gas cooker from 1970) no plugs, no coffe making, the toilette had no ventilation, and it was a construction site !!!! And we got charge loads of money for that unsafe horrible hole surrounded by scallfolding we could not open any windows, it was horrible !!!!!

Non ti danno la chiave della stanza, che peraltro si apre con un cacciavite. Pago 500 Shekel ma dopo 20 minuti chiedo di risarcirmi e me ne vado ma si rifiutano di darmi i miei soldi. Frequentato ad ore da prostitute e clienti. Allego foto.

E' una truffa di cui si rendono complici chi offre l'albergo che non è nient'altro che un affitta camere per prostitute. Infatti la frase a cui non avevo fatto caso "albergo per soli adulti" e reception aperta 24 h/24 h ha questo senso. Comunque al di là delle frequentazioni, è un albergo sporco senza chiave alle porte, senza asciugamani!!! sono scapata via dopo 5 minuti - toglietelo dai motori di ricerca-
