Very nice hotel in a beautiful area
Reviewed By Ursula PWe were on our way from Germany to Holland and stopped overnight in this lovely place. We had a room with a view of the beautiful hotel gardens and the lake. When comparing the rooms to the modern hotel restaurant and gardens, they seem to be a bit old fashioned, but they are clean and comfortable and offer everything you need. The service in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The evening meal was good and breakfast definitely offers something for everybody's taste. This is a lovely place to stay and offers nice walks and cycling routes around the lake. We would definitely stay a bit longer next time.

Very idyllic, perfect for some relaxing days
Reviewed By Christel8We stayed in this hotel for four nights during our holidays in Germany. The hotel is located next to a lake and this makes the location very idyllic with nice foot paths for walking to the city center. Rooms are nicely decorated, bathroom is modern. Everybody working at the hotel is very friendly and helpful (and they do have a lot of staff). There is free parking and you can rent bikes in the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants, unfortunately the restaurant awarded with a Michelin-star was closed during our stay due to the Covid situation. Furthermore there is a nice bar where you also can have a late night drink and there is the casino of Bad Zwischenahn also in the hotel. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, it was relaxing and we will definitely come back on another occasion.

Reviewed By stephan258Much better than expected. Absolutely clean and modern hotel. Was surprised by the breakfast buffet. A lot of options and everything fresh. Friendly staff, furthermore absolutely helpful with everything. One little note: I got lucky that I was able to check in, my confirmation mail said check in until midnight but when I arrived at 11:23pm I was told ‘oh lucky you, we were about to leave’. I showed them the mail and they were surprised as well. But all in all I had a quiet and peaceful stay.

All is very clean and comphortable. Really frendly and professional staff. Perfect quality and really good value for money. Will be surely back all next times I will come in Bad Zwischenahn.

Familie owned hotel with bar and resaurant
Reviewed By Marion SClean but small rooms with super friendly staff and the owner Gaby is always helpful and very friendly, Hotel is right next to the railroad and can get a little noisy but is very close to everything you want to see and if you don't want to look for a place to eat, restaurant is right there and its really good.

Reviewed By Trevor TWe were travelling with a small dog and made extreemly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Immaculatly clean throughout an excellent breakfast, during our stay one of our party celebrated their birthday, the hotel arranged extra decorations at the breakfast room totally unexpected. We will return soon to utilise all their facilities. Perfectly located in quiet area just a short walk from the lake and town centre
