Zeus Is Loose Hostel is definitely the coolest place you’ll stay at, this season. Overlooking an UNESCO World Heritage Site on one of the most vibrant squares of the city, it lives and breathes in downtown Thessaloniki. You get to sleep in 6bed, 4bed dorms, twin or double bedrooms. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom on each floor for anyone who likes to sing in the shower.
A fun central hostel
Reviewed By Excursion65744677940I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel. It was clean and had a fun theme to the building. The internet was fast and the air conditioning worked well. It was also in a great central location that was easy to get to by bus. I would love to return here someday!

Good location near train station, helpful staff
Reviewed By Carol A SI stayed three nights at the Thess Hostel. The entrance is colorful, and easy to spot on Agion Panton street. The hostel is in a good location for travelers: near the train station and the bus depot. It is a couple of km from central Thessaloniki and the harbor, but there are several buses available on Monasteriou, a nearby main street. The family that runs the hostel are helpful, and speak excellent English. My room had twin beds, a wardrobe, flat-screen TV, air-conditioner, small desk and chair. The WiFi signal was strong. A small balcony looked out over other buildings, and was useful for drying clothing/towels. The bathroom (shared) was tiled with large sink, bathtub/shower and toilet. There was also a shared kitchenette, with small refridge, hot plate, sink, a few pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Everything was clean. Although breakfast was not included, there was a local bakery a few doors along Agion Panton street which was open 24 hours and had superb bougatsas (a filled flaky pastry), crepes and other freshly-baked pastries. There was some noise from occasional trains, but the streets and trains quieted down at night. My bed was comfortable. The Salonica Mall (large multi-floor, lots of shops and large grocery store) was 750m to the west, an easy walk. The lobby of Thess Hostel had hot coffee/tea and cold drinking water available when it was open (most of the day). Bikes were available for rent. I thought it offered very good value for the price of a room.

Reviewed By Ľubomíra SWe did not book a room here, but were walking nearby and stopped for a drink and coffee and some nice time on their terrace. It was a cute little place with nice and friendly staff, great refreshments and prices. It was my favourite place in Thessaloniki!

Friendly environment, perfect for mountaineers
Reviewed By SimonaC1416Summit Zero hostel has a friendly environment and I think it is perfect for mountaineers travelling to and from Mount Olympus. Its position close to the beach is great too! If you want to eat, there are two tavernas next to the hostel. You can also shop food in nearby towns Litochoro or Katerini where you can get by bus from the Gritsa bus stop.

The White Rabbit is a brand new Guesthouse aiming to provide budget but quality accommodation for backpackers, travellers and the occasional passer-by. Our guest can sellected between dorms and private rooms with shared facilities. The front yard garden and the bar in it, as well as our BBQ spot and our spacious common rooms, are the place we and our guests hang out the most of the time, having drinks and getting to known eachother.
Greek family life at its best
Reviewed By Siba795A very special place where you can truly experience the warm, relaxed and welcoming village life and be part of it. There is always someone to talk, have a drink etc. and volunteer Joe made the most amazing food for us. It really felt like hanging out with friends. The place is a 15min walk to the next village and we would recommend renting a car in order to be able to explore the beautiful beaches of Halkidiki. We hope to be able to stay at this Hostel again. Thank you guys!

Reviewed By _Q1490CDΜείναμε, εγώ και ο γιος μου, σε Δωμάτιο του Center Travellers για ένα 10ημερο εντός Σεπτεμβρίου. Ο Θοδωρής είναι πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός και μας βοήθησε σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, παρείχε τα απαραίτητα και η τοποθεσία του μας διευκόλυνε πολύ. Είναι ακριβώς στο Κέντρο της πόλης και οι αποστάσεις είναι ελάχιστες. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και είναι σίγουρο πως θα ξαναμείνουμε εκεί στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Θεσσαλονίκη! Θεοδώρα Τζαφέρη.

Perfect for families with a dog

Perfect for families and, above all, pet friendly. Thanks to Dinos and his family for their kindness. We will meet again soon!
