This town is right on the ocean and built for a party. The weather is fantastic - much closer to the equator than Rio so even warmer ., the Avenue comes alive with hotels, restaurants, and shops. Spectacular for running and strolling .. love it!

Praia de Canoa Quebrada is absolutely beautiful! Chill vibes, friendly people, fresh seafood, beautiful beach and landscapes. If you are looking for the most beautiful, relaxing area of Praia de Canoa Quebrada we highly recommend walking south along the beach until you see flowering vines growing along the sandy cliffs. This area is much more spacious than the main area and even more beautiful with colorful fishing boats docked on the shores, vines growing with purple flowers, small huts and friendly faces line the shore. A highly recommended weekend getaway with that special someone or the family.

Everyone welcomed me so wonderfully., the church is quite lovely and I was enthralled to hear the mass given in Portuguese.. it’s one of my favorite things to do when visiting!

This place is truly undescriptionable, the vibe is amazign, that i never have seen anywhere else in the world. Its a mix of Brazillian and some european tourists with some local natives from Jericoacoara. Very lay back and open lifestyle with a lot of happy people. Don't get surprised when you see any donkey, cow or dogs on the beach! Everybody is one. The beach is great for swimming, wave surfing, windsurfing and you see many kite surfers at the end of the day, who are ending there downwinders.
