Reviewed By Mário dBeautiful hotel, awesome pool/jacuzzi, great breakfast, and one day we even had good live music. Rooms are standard level, with amazing views to the sea. Might be the best option for Praia do Futuro, which is a bit far away from other attractions in Fortalza city (e.g., far from dining places). I would recommend as a vacation destination at Praia do Futuro.

We didn’t really understand that before we booked, and would have probably done something different had we known; but the Carmen Resort was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient even though it was extremely busy. The food was decent, drinks were not. But, they did have a decent wine list in the restaurant. The rooms were clean, bathrooms very small, air conditioning and good wifi. You had the stake out your place at the pool or beach early, with some guests marking their spots with towels and personal items the night before. You are pretty much confined to the resort, as the town of Cumboco doesn’t offer much. But if you are looking for a place where your kids can have a blast this is it!

Guests may take advantage of several shops, 3 restaurants and a bar. Children are welcome to visit our Nep Kids Club and the playground. The well-kept rooms are with air conditioning, electronic safety door look, direct telephone, LCD TV with Cable, private balcony, Wi-Fi Connection and safe (for and additional cost), Minibar and 24 hour room service, private bathroom with telephone and hair dryer. In the hotel outdoor there is a swimming pool in the hotel grounds. Sports enthusiasts can work out in the gym and enjoy a game of tennis or darts. Guests can also unwind in the sauna.

Reviewed By Laura_von_SperlingWe stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

Reviewed By TheReliant1000Sonata offers good service for the price you pay, but keep in mind you will need a ride to go basically everywhere as Fortaleza is a big city. Anyway the best beaches are far so it's not an issue. Staff is all right and the service is standard. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, wi-fi works and there's a pizza place and an ice cream shop just steps away, what can make a difference if you don't feel like using room service. It's not a resort, but you won't be disappointed. All rooms have sea view so ask for a high floor. It's worth the price.

Fantastic idea with the romantic view from all the rooms to a private pool (upstairs ones) or major pool (downstairs). All employee extreme attentive. Not used to name nobody, but Hostess Mariana deserves special honor medallion! So helpful and friendly, giving us many tips best places to go or nice meals. Food and menu wonderful at the hotel, even with a menu degustation. My only regards concerns about the need to restore some kind of abrasive itens (no big deal on that) and also the needs to reduce the noise among the rooms.

Reviewed By Bigtraveler1234Fist of all they make a big mistake when they ask you to reserve with NO refund facility during the PANDEMIC. Should not be like that, maybe they do not know what is happening in the real world. Price is absolutely too expensive for what they offer. Our big room for 4 people had a bathroom of maximum 2,5 sqm , incredibly small, never seen something like that. No place to hang 1 towel, imagine 4 people with 8 towels + beach towels + wet swim wear... no way... 2 people of our party had to sit for 2 days on the toilet , they committed the crime to order drink with ICE. For that price you expect the ice to be made with good water, if that exists in Jeri. It is considered to be one of the best hotels in Jeri... I do not want to see the others...
