We start by serving a caipirinha and Richard Roberts shows a unique way to make it. Next, guests are invited to gather around the stove to join or just watch the preparation of the dishes. Then we all sit at our decorated table and enjoy the four-course dinner we made together, with wine from Argentina or Chile. We end with coffee or mint tea and a tasting of aged cachaça.
