Reviewed By ChrissyFrogThis was a great find! We had a road side studio (so no real view) but it was perfect. Didn’t notice the road noise. Well appointed bathroom and room in general. Kitchen was in a cupboard but very functional for what we needed. Free parking on site was a bonus and it was only a 10 minute walk to town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Only trouble was the number of stairs!

Ok, shame about the odor
Reviewed By NGPatersonStayed here courtesy of my company which I was very grateful for. The room was fine but the windows can be above head height, and there was an odour. Unfortunately the windows do not open so I had a dehumidifier installed but it didn’t help enough. Location is good though and they had a car park. I would not recommend.

A gorgeous fully equiped 2 bedroom apartment is also available, this features stunning beach views, two king beds, sky television and full kitchen.

Reviewed By dgmiller48Wonderful and unique setting, short walk to the beach which is a superb view from the accommodation. It was amazing to see Hectors dolphins playing in the waves. The accommodation was excellent and well appointed, and we particularly appreciated Kimberly’s help in accessing the laundry, especially as there was a water shortage at the time. There was some confusion about our second night’s booking and we negotiated splitting the cost in the interests of both parties. Much appreciated! Curio Bay is a must see. We did miss the yellow eyed penguins but maybe we should have waited longer as darkness descended.

Reviewed By Mukky555The Quest in Napier is my go to destination in the Hawkes Bay. I've stayed at all of the others and found them to be 'ok' but the Quest is simply superb! Godo the Manager, Lyric the Recptionist through to Megan in Housekeeping will ensure that your stay is nothing less than amazing, there is nothing that they wont do for you. The rooms are spotless, warm and fully equipped, I cannot rate this place highly enough. I've got 4 words of advice to anyone contemplating staying in Napier - STAY AT THE QUEST!

The apartments are very well appointed and spotlessly clean, this is where I want to give a big shout out to Mo , it is due to her excellence at maintaining the apartments under Helen’s initial guidance ( personally I think the housekeeper is the key to any accommodation and after traveling the world for over 20 years, I can definitely say Mo is the only person that can keep a place spotless and extremely hygienic. You could eat off the floors. Thanks Mo xx) Hope to keep returning on an annual basis Diane and John Mcqueen

Reviewed By CherylN222We had an awesome stay at the Mantra in Lake Tekapo. Huge apartment and everything you would need for a family of 4. Also very clean and serviced daily. Heating was great as the weather was cold. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook as the restaurants were all booked or closed in the town.

Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. Reviewed By cruwys-wanderlustFrom check in to check out I found the experience good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed itself was a bit hard and resembled a place that needs an upgrade, however my sleep was not terrible. Noise from neighbouring restaurants was a little annoying.

Reviewed By Kej5A lovely apartment, well laid out with quality fittings. The kitchen was excellent with a large range of equipment and having a washing machine and dryer made life so much easier than finding a laundromat. Great views and good outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sunsets.

Reviewed By vishwasp91Terrible terrible wifi in the rooms. Only 1 GB is allocated. Wifi keep getting disconnected. Parking is under the flat and have to walk around to come in the apartment. No parking space in front of the apartment front door.
