Reviewed By burningmattFinding this place was tough as the map location and address on booking.com were two different places, neither of which was the location of the hotel. The location isn't ideal, being on a major road junction of the main road out of town, so the room was a bit noisy. The hotel is fairly well fitted out, although starting to fall apart a bit already, but the service was good and the breakfast was great. It seems like the best value in town.

Reviewed By vickon1I spend 2 nights in the U Morya guesthouse and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. A/C, reliable wifi, smiley and helpfull staff. The location is unbeatable. Its has access to the beach through a private path and 5 minutes walk from the city center. The guesthouse has also a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast or lunch but there are so many restaurants nearby... The communication can be a problem if you don't speak russian but this is something you have to deal with in Abkhazia.

На территории много интересного: подогреваемый чистый бассейн, сауна, лаунж зоны, бильярдный стол самого Сталина, бар и многое другое. Отдельное внимание заслуживают завтраки, очень вкусные, разнообразные, сытные, и мы с детьми всегда ждали что же сегодня!? Приветливый персонал, поможет решить любой вопрос, сервис очень впечатлил своим уровнем! В общем все круто, спасибо за Прекрасный отдых, вернемся обязательно!

Great location, mediocre service.
Reviewed By yiannistavridisAbkhazia is still an off the track destination and although it is developing quite rapidly,it is still an isolated place between Russia and Georgia proper. This affects the quality of services offered to travellers, even the elementary English spoken here and the wireless internet offered is a novelty in the capital Sukhumi. The hotel is very central and by the sea front, almost attached to the ancient front of Dioskurias, some of the rooms offer sea views. The hotel lady has been smiling and willing to help but only erratically available. This was my second stay in the venue, first was last September, unfortunately the bathroom was not very clean this time. The rooms are spacious but facilities are moderate and would need some upgrading, but this is valid for all Sukhumi anno 2019...

Новый отель, чистый, уборка и смена полотенец по требованию!!!!! А какое постельное белье?, не в каждом отеле 4* такое. Что касается питания, то это вообще отдельного требует отзыва! Как же вкусно ?!!!! Ада, вы просто кудесница! Все всегда на высшем уровне. А самое главное, все готовили под нас, все свежее! В этом году мы удостоились чести быть приглашёнными гостями на вашем семейном празднике. За это отдельное Спасибо ? почувствовали частью Вашей большей семьи! Море в шаговой доступности! ЧИСТОЕ, нет городских многолюдных пляжей, это и надо для семейного отдыха, вырываясь из городской суеты!!!! Природа по дороге на пляж, если можно так сказать, дикая, но те кто едет на отдых в Абхазию, принимает ее такой. До Сухума ездили на автобусе или маршрутке, проблем нам это не доставляло. Фрукты привозили в отель 2 раза в неделю??? Рядом находятся лечебные источники. Кто на машине приезжает, сами добираются, если вы не На машине, то вам организуют поездку ? В этом году нам была организована поездка на озеро Рица и форелевое хозяйство, откуда привезли себе на ужин рыбки!!!!! В общем мы довольны опять остались, даже придраться не к чему! ?♀️Прошло уже больше 2-х месяцев, а воспоминания свежи ?. Ада и Лиля спасибо Вам большое за ваше гостеприимство и радушие. ?Если мы решим провести свой следующий отпуск в Абхазии, то мы только к вам!!!!! Приятный новый отель в центре!
Reviewed By elena_verelНовый отель! Очень приветливые и приятные хозяева, чувствуешь себя почти как дома! Бронировали 2 номера Номера чистые и соответствуют фотографиям. Единственное, что у одного номера балкон выходил во двор, и у балкона не было ограждения, просто бетонная плита (видимо не успели доделать). Балкон второго номера выходил на тихую и спокойную улицу. В номерах есть халаты. В каждом номере стояла сушилка для белья, что очень удобно. Отель удобно расположен, до набережной минут 7. Из минусов: по ночам отключали воду, утром свет (это проблема города, а не отеля), но есть пожелание поставить резервуар для воды.

Reviewed By Daria20012002Отель Capri посетить не удалось из-за отсутствия у сотрудников отеля работать с современными сервисами бронирования. В мае мы забронировали номер в данном отеле на сайте Airbnb, внесли предоплату 50%. Позже на официальной странице отеля в Instagram в директе я также общалась с сотрудницей отеля, она интересовалась у меня, внесла ли я предоплату. За две недели до поездки мне написал в мессенджер владелец отеля и сказал, что моего бронирования нет, страницы их отеля на airnbn также нет, не принес извинений, просто поставил перед фактом. Более того, владелец отеля сообщил, что данная страница существует на airnbn уже 2 года (!) и о ее существовании они узнали только сейчас. Что мы имеем: люди, осуществляющие деятельность в сфере туристических услуг, не следят за тем, как позиционируют себя в интернете, не умеют работать с крупнейшими агрегаторами, не налаживают нормальную систему оплаты. Сотрудница знала о моем приезде, знала о предоплате и ничего не проверила, проявив недопустимую халатность. Особенно поразили 2 обстоятельства: 1) сотрудники отеля Capri каким-то образом нашли мой номер телефона, узнали мое имя (эти данные являются персональными и никто кроме конкретного человека с Airbnb не имел доступа к этим данным), однако, они каким-то "волшебным" образом смогли с ним связаться; 2) владельцы отеля предложили с ними "не ругаться", мотивировав это тем, что "сообщили мне об этом до приезда, иначе представляете, как бы было плохо". Даже не знаю, что делать с этой добротой. Поэтому уважаемые туристы, будьте аккуратны при бронировании, желаю вам не нарваться на таких непрофессионалов и красивую картину, дабы не испортить себе отдых. Всего доброго!

Reviewed By optimistka131313Этот отель мы бронировали по совету сухумского знакомого, через Библиоглобус и не пожалели ни секунды о своём выборе. Удобное расположение, чистота, гостеприимство, удобные кровати, чистое постельное белье, радушный хозяин Денис, который очень быстро помогал нам в решении всех возникающих неурядиц, за что мы ему очень благодарны! Рядом находится столовая с какими-то сказочными ценами и таким же качеством блюд, что очень удобно - вышел из дверей отеля и зашёл в соседние пообедать. Море в шаговой доступности, так же рядом остановки автобусов, нс которых можно доехать практически в любую часть города, много магазинов и аптек рядом. При возможности мы обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё не раз!
