We can enjoy seating on the bench before the sea. The room is very clean. I guess it's perfect hotel. I recomend you to stay here.

Beautiful island, horrible hotel
Reviewed By FlorienKarmelkThe islands and the dives makes up for a lot. But this hotel is filthy. The food options very bad and boring. They have no clue what to cook for vegetarians. Me and my husband got the same stuff almost daily. The management is annoying and the service bad, especially the frensh guy with the fake squicky voice is unkind. Also other visitors and I can't understand why he tried to comfort his crying baby in the middle of the night in the middle of the resort, almost every night! Plus they argued the pillows ans blankets (see pics) this filthy is normal in Asia. I think this is untrue an insult to the Asian culture. There was one positive thing, that was the dive guide and the sites. He was simple professional and nice. Weirdly enough the French guy thought it was a good idea to bring his tiny child (not capable of swimming) and his wife to some of the dives. Very unprofessionial and could lead to terrible unsafe things.

Reviewed By Prihadi RIt's a hotel for a budget. Arrived late at night, the checkin process takes some time. Room is spacey but got a room with aircon not fully cold as it should. Call a technician and they can't do much. Ask for a room change and no more respon after that. Breakfast menu is nice. Pool and some hotel parts is on renovation.

Setiap kali saat check in harus ada yg dibersihkan dulu, seperti sprei berpasir, lantai berdebu, WC bernoda, ditambah lagi saat penggantian air mineral dispenser, selang diletakkan sembarang di lantai kotak dispenser

Bad stay in Palu

Yesterday I asked them for a taxi for getting the airport, I asked for the price and they told me 50.000 rp, but their taxi driver asked me 100.000. The taxameter was 27.500 rp. Pay attention when book taxi. Don't pay more than 50.000 because airport is very close. Breakfast is pathetic, just some rice, noodles and coffee. Very low quality. Apparently staff speak English but they don't understand absolutely nothing, they just know some words, like airport and car, breakfast. One of the guy at the reception smiles all the time if you ask me something, he looks like no so much clever. Prices for rooms are very high, no shower inside, only a cup for water. sheets not clean. Not recommended. Around here there are some other hotels for cheaper prices.

Not a pleasant place to stay
Reviewed By drAndryAAChecked in at 3 pm but the room still not cleaned. So we wait for about 30 minutes. So noisy because of some live karaoke of a personal event and already complained to the receptionist but they do nothing. It's already 10.30 pm!!! Teribble experience!

Nice room but no service at all
Reviewed By Yonattan HVisiting Palu for business and eclipse, all hotel at Palu was fully book and had to stay here last option. First time in Palu and front office staff look confuse to check in the guest. My room was fine but my colleagues had a bad room there's lot of mosquito, no hot water and broken aircon.
