A bed and breakfast in a lovely setting
Reviewed By Ian BThis doesn't seem like a hotel as there's no restaurant nor bar. There's a good Italian restaurant just round the corner and a selection of the usual places in the town. We had a mini suite with lots of space and a kitchenette (not well equipped) and wifi worked well in the room (we had asked for that at booking). The grounds needed lots of care and attention and gave the whole place a sense of being rundown, or at least that it's struggling. A shame because the setting by the river Havel is superb. Note that reception isn't often manned so you must ring a mobile for service.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen
Reviewed By 858franziskauWir waren in der Pension zur Übernachtung, bevor wir am nächsten Tag unser Hausboot am Alten Hafen für unsere Ferien übernommen haben. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr umfangreiches und tolles Frühstück. Die ganze Lage dort ist sehr schön, tolle Atmosphäre am Hafen und in der alten Ziegelei, die man besichtigen kann. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nor ready for international tourism
Reviewed By Pep CThe hotel is in a nice a quiet place outside the village center. The relation of price is good.The rooms really comfortable (without conditioning air and this summer it was a bit issue). Unfortunately they do not attend the guests in a corresponding way: they do not warn that bar is closed all day until afternoon; do not warn that restaurant is closed for dinner from 7PM. When we got the restaurant at 18.55 they looked at us pretty ungry, served the dinner (attention: the menu is only in german and the waitress do not speak english), and they didn't serve dessert at 7,30PM because "it is too late". In brief: a recommendable hotel.... if you are not from abroad.

A 3-minute walk from Zehdenick's town park, this peaceful hotel offers traditional Brandenburg cuisine, free Wi-Fi and free parking. It is a 10-minute walk from Zehdenick town centre. Spacious, non-smoking rooms with cable TV, desk and bathroom are provide at the family-run Pension & Restaurant am Stadtpark. Interiors are warmly decorated, with carpeted floors, wooden furniture and colourful paintings. Guests dine in the bright Restaurant am Stadtpark with panoramic windows and wooden beams, or on the pretty courtyard terrace. Fine wines and beers are served in the hotel's classic bar. Zehdenick lies on the Berlin-Copenhagen Cycle Path, and is a good base for exploring the many waterways of the Oberhavel area. Zehdenick Train Station is 2 km away, providing direct connections to Berlin-Lichtenberg and Oranienburg.

Nicht nur zufriedenstellend, sondern begeisternd!
Reviewed By screenfantDas Neue Vaterland war eine der schönsten Entdeckungen auf unserer Fahrradtour (die einiges an Entdeckungen zu bieten hatte)! Perfekt gelegen - nahe der großen Fahrradstrecken der Gegend und nur wenige Meter vom Hafen von Zehdenick entfernt - ist es eine absolut entzückende, mit viel Liebe geführte Pension. Unser Zimmer war ganz neu renoviert, mit sehr überlegtem Einsatz von nachhaltigen Materialien (Holz, Lehm); dadurch wirkte es sehr warm und einladend. Auch das Bad war zwar klein, aber perfekt durchgeplant, so dass wir uns auch dort wohl fühlten. Einziges Manko: das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss raus zu einer Seitenstraße mit Kopfsteinpflaster - die war zwar wenig befahren, aber wenn, dann rumpelte das schon ein wenig. Da die Fenster mit Sichtschutzfolie und Rollläden versehen waren, gab es sonst keine Probleme. Die Pension stellt einen gut gefüllten Getränke-Kühlschrank mit einer Kasse des Vertrauens zur Verfügung, außerdem kann man sich in einen kleinen, nett eingerichteten Innenhof setzen; hier waren auch unsere Fahrräder sicher untergebracht. Das Frühstück wurde am Platz serviert, ebenfalls sehr liebevoll und qualitativ und quantitativ bestens hergerichtet - sogar mit so ungewöhnlichen Teilen wie hausgemachtem Minzpesto! Auch die Gästebetreuung war herzlich. Auf ihrer Visitenkarte schreiben die Eigentümer "Wir möchten die Gäste nicht zufrieden stellen, vielmehr begeistern." - Also mit diesen Gästen ist ihnen dies vollauf gelungen!
