Reviewed By AntonioRamblesThis hotel's walls and doors are paper thin, and even without children continuously running up and down the halls and slamming doors, the place was noisy. Hotel guests can hear zumba class music and free weights dropped onto the floor in the gym below from early in the morning until late in the evening. The desk staff holds guests' drivers licenses as security for the TV remote control. There are no rooms on the ground floor... but no elevator or bellman. The view from our room's terraza was a solid concrete wall in desperate need of patching and painting. The double room had towels for only one guest. The dining room seats around 75 persons, but there is no breakfast buffet and staff was not even remotely able to keep up with orders, which arrived late and cold for more guests than not.

There is a laundry room, wifi, cable TV, a downstairs microwave, a pharmacy right round the corner, and a 7/11, Soriana supermarket and shopping centre within walking distance. I took a room upstairs this time with a 'fridge, and have been enjoying my time here immensely. The hotel is located in a very central location, so it's easy to take a bus downtown or you can even walk to the nearby Andares mall. Special thanks to Reyna and Cinthia, who provided excellent customer service!

Reviewed By Pako RThis hotel is in Ciudad Del Sol. It's like a little "hacienda". Service is good since you arrive and very fast. Bedrooms are very clean and really big. Breakfast is included. Its not a buffet but they serve juice, coffee, fruit and you can order eggs or chilaquiles, so is enough to have a good breakfast. Hotel has a pool if you want to relax there a little bit.

Reviewed By thiru_sri3I was there at this hotel with family.. the rooms are comfortable and good but comparatively price is high with no breakfast. Other hotels offered breakfast with lesser price than this place. Staff were good, helpful and were very responsive.
