Don't know what to do if you are in Guadalajara for the weekend? Well this place has everything for everyone. You have kids? It has games. You have teens? It has video games and teen fashion halls. You love to party? At night all restaurants have bars and the food is awesome. As I tell you. This is a great place to kill time

Once an orphanage, this building now serves as a gallery of the famous murals of Jose Clemente Orozco.

Opened in 1886, this large neo-Classical building is home to the city's opera and orchestra.
Not much to say. Nice building. Good place to take a couple of pictures and keep going. There is a guided tour inside which I don't think is worth it.

We're looking for the curiosity and excitement of the children about science and arts, through interactive experiments on everyday life: that's The Magic Top Museum, where to know it's fun!
It's one of the cheapest options for kids entertainment in Guadalajara, the entrance is $40 pesos per person.
There are indoor and outdoor activities for kids of all ages! There's special zones for crawling babies, for toddlers, preschoolers and older kids.
One of the most popular features is the Bubbles, they can do them of all shapes and sizes and be inside one! There's a mini city with: supermarket, restaurant, bakery, hospital, library, construction section.
Outdoors there is a mandala (labyrinth) and 2 Playgrounds. There's also a zip line and a train, for an extra $15 pesos/person per ride.
Right before closing time they have a "dancing fountain" show.
There is a cafeteria where you can find sandwiches, sodas and cookies. They also allow you to bring your own food/beverages inside.
On Thursdays the entry is free. Even during holidays! But it will usually be impossibly crowded during those days.

This park is really incredible, first because of its location in the center of the city. Second its HUGE, you could get lost in there. The bosque, or forest, is divided into 2 sides, the first side has paved walkways and the 3 side is more wild.
I was really impressed by the work of the gardeners who maintain the garden. We have gone there twice.

One of the city's new shopping centers.
Nice mall with lots of clothing and shoe stores. It is considered the Fashion mall. They have lots of eateries as well. Sometimes a carousal also in mall or cool decorations. Sears and Fabricas de Francia are the end stores.
Easy in and out access with secure pay for parking.
Overall a nice mall.

Big church, with beautiful architecture. Built in stone, with beautiful facades on its 4 sides. Its domes and towers are magnificent. At the interior there are a lot of details to appreciate. The main altar has beautiful and colorful stained glass windows and golden pieces that enhance its awesomeness. There are also details in wood and beautiful images. Built in 1600 with a neo-Gothic style. A recommended visit, it is a beautiful attraction.
