Reviewed By phlpianWe stayed for one day, the staff was excellent. I booked deluxe room but they upgraded us to a suite room, thank you so much. The suite was absolutely amazing with a king sized bed and another facilities. The breakfast in the morning was amazing too and no faults there.

Check in and out very quick and smooth. Like to walk around the Hotel. Mall Malioboro just in front of the Hotel. but if you hire car in "Lebaran season", it's heavy traffic jam to enter and out from the Hotel. I'll come again not in Lebaran season. The price a bit high in Lebaran season.

Just one thing, in Breakfast menu. The main course was not proper. They served rice and fried rice but cant make sense for the companion menu.

And there's exhaust fan both in the bathroom and the bedroom. It's very pleasant for me as a smoking person. The hotel location is very strategic. Located on the heart of Malioboro street, an iconic place jn Jogjakarta. There's a 24hours convinience store nearby too. Hotel staff is quite helpful and friendly.

OK but could be better
Reviewed By tiwi91asArrived on 23 Dec and stayed for 5 nights. The room was pretty small for me and two-almost-grown-up-kids, but it was always clean and the staff made our room everyday. The bathroom is also very compact, like everything is within one or two steps away. The bathroom sink has been clogged since day 1, (the water doesn’t drain fast enough) - already tried to notify the housekeeping staff but no further changes until we checked out. The lighting in the bathroom: the hotel should consider to tear down the bathroom wall so the sun light can come in and add more lights into the bathroom. I like the water quality in our bathroom as it was always pouring, no smell, hot water was always available, and both the tap and shower were in a good condition too. The breakfast menu was standard and the food taste was also mediocre, not too bad and not tasty either. Overall, the hotel need to consider to expand their building, either horizontally or vertically, that being said, they can dedicate one floor as their breakfast area and they can also add more rooms to sell. I like to big window in our bedroom for we can see the city view and night lights from our bed. The TV channel was great, they provided Indovision channels. Light fixtures and bed were also Okay- not too crazy about them but they’re Okay- The hotel location is close to Malioboro - maybe about 200m away. Thank you, and I hope this review is helpful.

Reviewed By praditya0601The location is very reachable. Right in front of train station and also near Malioboro Street. Check-in and Check-out process are very fast. Front Desk staff are very helpful. The room was excellent with nice warm bed, soft pillows and clean sheets. Also hot water running freely with WiFi also very fast. First day we had a breakfast in the restaurant and we feel that all the kitchen staffs that in-charge in buffet table is very arrogant. The buffet was not buffet because we can't take the food by ourselves (meanwhile we stayed in NEO Hotels in Surabaya, we can take our food freely) First day we can have soft boiled eggs by asking one of the kitchen staffs, but in our second visit, we asked again and one of the kitchen staffs came with sunny side up egg, when we asked him, he said rudely that they don't have soft boiled eggs. Thanks God that we have to shortened our stay because we have to go back to Surabaya, otherwise we will looking for breakfast outside of the hotel
