Reviewed By Crespo_AmsterdamWe stopped here on the way from Palenque to Bacalar. It's situated almost in the middle between these two places. There was one other copple. So it was really quiet in the hotel. Already mentioned, the swimmingpool is small and there are only two beds, probably because there are not to many guests. The hotel could use some fresh paint and a make-over. The restaurant though was the highlight, The food and service was excellent. The chef had done a really good job. Only for that, we would return.

Small wooden rooms located within the urban area of Xpujil, Calakmul, Campeche. They have hot and cold water, fan, parking, internet and an excellent location, with easy access to perform all activities offered in the municipality, such as visiting the archaeological sites and hikes in the jungle.

Reviewed By Natasha0606I loved my stay at this place! It's a family business and one of the owners gave us a hearty welcome and provided us with free water as a start and a welcome beer. It instantly felt like home since he answered all our questions and helped us organise getting around to see all the attractions we planned on seeing. Even checking out in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. It's great that those small places still exist where people trust you and you trust them. I'm grateful for this experience!

New hotel with big rooms
Reviewed By Szilvia MThe hotel has a good location. It is right at main road. New building with big clean rooms. We had a room with a balcony. We can only recommend to stay at this hotel if you want to visit Calakmul Archeological Park. The hotel has a restaurant, which was also very good. I cannot complain for anything.

For the price - it's very good
Reviewed By Olenka1980Not directly at the street, so really quiet. The rooms are big and big beds. The main advantage of the place are people who work there, very nice and helpful even tough not speaking much of English. Sorted out the lack of hot water quickly and allowed us to take shower after we were back from trip even tough we checked out already.

Very basic room, no hot water.
Reviewed By 701jasperpPretty poor overall. No hot water at all at any time, so no shower. Room was cleanish, shower was dirty. But no side light, no side table, only just about warm enough with a thin fleece blanket. They didn't care there was no hot water. Dogs barking all night, cockrels in the morning. Very average food in the restaurant, they got my order completely wrong, then brought up chicken so overcooked I could barely cut it. Fresh juices were nice. Worse place I've stayed in Mexico so far.

What we were looking for, not flashy
Reviewed By G3MLNot a flashy place. Clean, secured parking, swimming pool, GREAT staff. We based some Mayan excursions from here. Stayed 4 nights. No restaurant on site, they have a number of menus to nearby restaurants in the office, we set up a delivery 1 night. They do not supply washcloths. No room refrigerator. Excellent staff. Our room was very clean and the location was excellent for our trip. Comfortable bed as well.

Reviewed By JohnDoufWe had a really nice time me and my girlfriend at Oscar's. They run a familly business with a Airbnb and restaurant pizzeria style that was delicious. A big + was Omar, Oscar's son, he speaks a lot better english than I can speak Spanish and he even knows a little bit of French! He is only 14 but runs the pizzeria like a "Boss" Very helpfull and kind to us "Foreigners". We thank you guys for helping us discovering the beauties of Xpujil and not just the Ruins. Reviewed By Aleksandra PNikte Ha hotel is located a few meters from the main road (important for backpacking). It's very nice with flowers and bushes, the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom big and nice. There are two double beds, air conditioning and a fan. The staff is kind and helpful. You can book a private tour in a private car via the reception. We stay two nights here. When we come back from a trip, the room is cleaned, sheets and towels are changed.
