Had a lovely visit - a quick and informative tour of the vines - a wonderful lunch -tasted some fine wines (dont forget to try the grappa) - Olive oil & house vinegar expensive but worth it - people very nice and friendly. worthwhile trip but go for the superior ticket!

Would highly recommend eating here when in Pompeii. This is the best meal we had whilst in Italy - the pasta with sage and butter sauce was outstanding. The boar soup was also great.I'd recommend booking in advance as I don't think they open every night.Very laid back service but great food.

This is a small, chic, nice place, with a large deli counter offering cheeses, meats and breads either for a mixed plate or for sandwiches. There's a huge selection of wines to try also, but the vegetarians options were very limited. Still, we enjoyed great wine, although I thought it a tad dear as we paid â¬5 for a glass, we had a meal in a nearby restaurant the night before and paid â¬6 for a whole bottle. Stays open later than most places though which is great.

The pizza here was quite simply insanely good. I put it down to their claim that the sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes - as one would expect from San Marzanos, the sauce was gorgeous. And the value - 7⬠for 2 small pizzas and 2 minerals waters. Wow...!We went back for more after visiting Pompeii but unfortunately it was closed for the afternoon. :(
