This champagneria is an excellent place for couples or friends who enjoy a glass or bubbly, expecially good Italian sparkling wine. Perfect any time of the day, but great for an aperitivo or a romantic late night drink. The sparkling wine on offer is of permium quality with excellent Italian selections. The food offered is also of premium quality and to join our Franciacorta we sampled the small proccuito plate and it was divine. The environment is modern and very well styled and very clean. It makes for a very cozy and intimate experience, with fresh flowers leaving a beautiful fragrance. The service could not have been better and we really enjoyed our evening. We will be back several times during this vacation!!!

We have visited and lived in this area for 10 years and certainly appreciate a good restaurant when we find one, and other than Le Logge, this is the only fine dining experience nel centro storico di Città di Castello that we recommend both to visitors and our Italian friends. In addition to il cibo buono, la carta di vino is excellent and reasonably priced. It has a nice atmosphere with quiet outside seating as well as a pleasant indoor dining room. The chef is neopolitan and the menu is therefore much more varied and more tasty than the traditional Umbrian fare that is the staple of almost everywhere else locally. The owner and his wife as well as the chef are warm and welcoming to all their guests and the owner's wife also speaks excellent English. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk from the 2 main piazzas and therefore not as well known as it deserves. But, if you are looking for a wonderful meal in a romantic setting, this is the best place in Città di Castello. Thank you very much for such a wonderful description about us. Everything we made at "Materie Prime" is with care and looking for the best ingredients that make our dishes a unforgettable experience.

I donât want to patronize anyone but after living in london and Nyc for many years I would definitely rate this cosy fun place burger the best in town and probably in the area. Ciaccia is great too, staff is friendly and not pretentious. You will have a cool night out visiting Buligame and eating their burger. Good wine as beer choice too. Highly recommended
