We visited the Meze lounge for dinner yesterday and had a lovely meal. Iâm not usually a big Meze fan but was introduced to some new dishes by the staff and really enjoyed the food. Very attentive staff and great Turkish beer. Will definitely return soon.

Only 3 waiting staff for huge restaurant. The lady (owner I think) works extremely hard and smiles, however the man (husband I think and owner) is moody and unfriendly.Took too long to place our drink order, took way too long to get our food. Everyone else seemed to be waiting ages too. what's the problem, it's not exactly an extensive menu!My chicken kebab was way to hard, it was completely overcooked. Rice lacked seasoning, salad had no dressing.was very disappointed. This is just an overpriced kebab shop and not good quality at that.The free bread and dips was the best part of the meal. Will not return.

Who needs a holiday abroad when you can slip into this restaurant and be transported there! The service was good, the food was excellent the atmosphere was relaxed and yet buzzing, everyone was having a good time, the place was full so glad we booked.We had the sharing platter for 4/5 there was plenty for 5 we struggled having had a few starters as well. Couldn't fault a thing and am recommending to everyone I meet.Well Done

First time visiting bot got to say excellent food and service, rest time between meals and lovely Turkish bread and olive salad placed on table to nibble through out meal. The Turkish wine was a pleasant light drink. Already booked to go back

Went to the Hazine for a birthday on Sunday as heard great reviews I was disappointed as I found one of the staff was quite abrupt , the food was nice but service quite poor also the was no complimentary bits like I normally get at Turkish restraunts ,I travelled from Medway to go and I will not be returning .Hello Sue, Thank you for your feedback, glad to know you enjoyed our food! in regards to our service please send me a detailed email so i can address the mater with the staff at the restaurant to avoid anything they've done from happening again. ([email protected]) again you have mentioned that the service was poor due there being no complimentary bits like other restaurants, we aren't like other Turkish restaurants your right, we are far from them. However not giving out free food doesn't mean the service was poor which makes me question whether my waiter had done anything wrong at all or if you was doomed there was nothing for free? ill be looking forward to your response, please email me all details so i correct anything if there is need be.

Had good food. Itâs was very busy there and I think the portions could have been a little bigger, but we all enjoyed our food.Nothing memorable about the staff, so canât say either way if they where good or not.

I wondered why this place is rated so highly. Having been a couple of times I understand now, the food and service are both excellent.They donât try to be a fancy restaurant, this is freshly cooked food in comfortable surroundings, served by friendly polite people.Itâs really hard to find any fault with Gulens, so please carry on as you are!The kebabs and chops are very nice, everything flavoured well, and with fresh chips/dips/salad etc. If youâre thinking of trying this place - go ahead, without hesitation.

Together with my partner we can call ourselves regular customers as we visit Delicio at least 3 times a month. Usually for breakfast during the weekends as they have plenty of breakfast options. Also lunch and dinner menu is worth to try. Their sirloin steak is just perfect and you don't have to spend a fortune. The food and value are amazing.
