We stopped hoping for a good breakfast and thatâs exactly what we found, a real hidden gem for sure. Very real local restaurant, not a tourist place. I ordered the spinach omelette and asked to have bacon added inside it and was delivered my version of a perfect omelette. They also have WiFi and speak pretty good English.

We had such an incredible meal along with our meal tasting at Cava Maciel. We got a chicken grill, and it was so well marinated and served with amazing crusty bread. It went so well with the empanadas and lighter appetizers; tomato salad, and cauliflower. I would love to go back for steak and to try the rest of the menu. I was surprised not to see it on the best food in the Valle lists, but learned that it is a very new restaurant, so know it will be there soon.Savanah, thank you for your visit, we look forward to have you and your friends back at the restaurant

I had a small group of friends in the Valle de Guadalupe, and was looking for a place to feed brunch for ten people.Don Tomas was the perfect place. Seven of my ten had never been to the Valle before, and the setting was a real eye-opener for Guadalupe Valley first-timers.For Brunch, the Chef came out, and reviewed what he could readily fix, and we ordered some of everything! Everyone left well-sated, and impressed with the experience.Tank you very much for your vicit and a excelent review!!!! Hope we can have you back soon!!!!

WHat an enjoyable experience and wonderful spot! My wife and I stopped by this side of the road diamond in the rough for breakfast. Only open on weekends they have a la carte and a modest but delicious buffet. The owner Oscar is there attending to the guests and we enjoyed talking with him. The cafe de olla is great as are the freshly handmade corn tortillas. Although I want to keep it a secret for me and my friends, this spot deserves to be more well known.
