I would recommend San Carbon for any occasion. The Staff were amazing, the food fantastic, and the live music made the night perfect.It is a little pricey, but well worth the extra expense for the ambience.We ordered Chinchalines, Churasco, rum, and wine. Every think was cooked to perfection.

It's a long couple of blocks from the nearest Metro stop, but this experience is worth it. Imagine a food court with maybe 40 different choices ranging from the simple to fine dining, filled with people and music, all at reasonable prices. The noise and the crowds downstairs were almost overwhelming, but we found a seat upstairs at the Italian restaurant and had a great meal.Hello! We love that you had a good experience Welcome always!

We went there for our last meal on a 2 1/2 month trip in Brazil and Colombia. The rib eye steak we had was hands-down the best grilled meat of the trip! It was cooked to perfection and generously sized. Colombian cooking levels for beef vary a bit to the less-cooked side. For example, my husband likes medium-rare in the US, but in Colombia, that was almost always rare and barely warm in the center. So order one level higher if doneness than you would normally like, and you get what you expect. Not being familiar with Colombian names for cuts of meat, the waiter asked us if preferred thick or thin cuts and helped us select using that information. A basket of garlic bread was served before the meal came and the sangria we ordered was tasty. The meal came with a salad and a choice of one side dish. Good service and we would happily return!

I went with three friends last week. We arrived and had really good cocktails. The servers were so friendly and fun. The food arrived and I was more than happy. The steaks were delicious. There was a slight delay with one of our entrees and the restaurant comped our desserts and coffee for the delay. I would suggest you go to this restaurant anytime you are in Medellin if you want a really god casual dinner with wonderful staff.

Reviewer - Me- Fat - Asian From NYC - Tbone was okay ,, price was 26 USD - ok piece of meat but for that price I was expecting it . Food was good - Mash potatoes were horrible - puree of potatoes covered in cheap cheese and had a few cherry tomatoes .. honestly what the hell - tasted not right. This is a hidden gem with delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. The steak was perfectly cooked with unique sides like American potatoes which included pickles and smoked bacon. Tonight I went with my family to Toro restraurnt. I highly highly recommend this restruant. Safe neighbourhood, lots of people around. And the steak was just amazing and I am a picky eater. Plus our waiter knew some english which helped a lot with the menu. Such a nice guy! Plus fantastic prices for steak!
