Went there yesterday with the family. I travel a lot to the US so I can compare quality of meat. I must admit that my steak was excellent. We also had chosen doritos to start with. My girlfriend has eaten kangaroo and the children slow cooked ribs. We all enjoyed. The place is also very authentic with great decoration. So overall very good and entertaining! Will go back !

You arrive, see a nice terrace (sadly full of smokers - maybe good thing to create smoke free zone), the canal and the industrial looking decor. I like the place.Sounded loud at first but wasn't disturbing, maybe add some acoustic panels for sound absorbing.Service was efficient and the staff looked relax and smiled a lot. Not the fastest, but we weren't in a hurry.The starters were stunning and well presented, on that base alone I would go again and take friends.The côte à l'os was a little disappointing : bland in taste and could have rested a little more to loosen up before serving. I love restaurants that serve water in liter bottles and also had a reasonable choice of good wines by the glass.

Now this place since I was a little girl. Noticed the changes in the interior that gave the place more a restaurant look. Love the black tiles of the kitchen. Still fascinated of the cows that are honored on the walls.If you like grilled meat and you are really hungry. You need to visit this place in Hasselt or in Borgloon and explore the standard 3 courses menu.They serve huge pieces of meat. Grilling is at the customers choice. For non meat lovers they have alternatives such as fish plates or homemade vegi alternatives. Pictures shows my favorite dish: crown of lamb (medium)
