I am sure that the cook was doing his best, but when the waiters can't serve your dinner before it gets really, really cold, you are disappointed with the whole experience. And when the manager has told the waiters that the red wine has to be kept in the fridge, and served cold as ice, well, the management probably has to take a course or two. Waiters were friendly, constantly running up and down to and from the kitchen. Not their fault that the food was cold, they were just understaffed, I suppose. And unexperienced. Also the management's responsability. So: Management: Get better! Don't blame your staff!

I had the opportunity to have dinner and enjoyed a los the salad, the soup and the rissoto, all excelent quality and very tasty. The waitress, Olivia, was very attentive and helpfull, we had somo little conversation about Albania. I enjoyed the resteurant, decoration, ambience, music...all good! Will come back in my next visit to Tirana!

nothing special in the food and the service. waiter forgot my soup. greek salad was lacklustre. more lettuce than anything. better places i suspect so no need to return. only went it was close to hotel and room was not ready since i was early

Amazing lunch experience yesterday, beautiful natural surroundings with trout ponds, lush greenery and amazing views. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. My trout with sage was outstanding. Prices were excellent for this quality restaurant. Highly recommend you come here for the whole package
