They made me a vegan pizza, basically just veggies on pizza crust. AND-IT-WAS-THE-BOMB! I still dont understand what they did but it was the best pizza and lunch i had over my 2 week trip in ireland. You should definitely go! And my partner had a chicken sandwich, which was very good as well.

Dropped for dinner en route back to our accommodation for an early’ish dinner - just before 19:00. Moderately sized family style restaurant with lots of outdoor sidewalk tables. The owner did everything in the restuarant (excluding kitchen!) and was super friendly and efficient. My mate and I had the pork chops - 2 with excellent chips and veggies.Highly recommended!

Helen's Bar

Reviewed By Clauds

Helen's Bar (also known as Teddy O'Sullivan's) is located in a stunning part of Ireland. It is frequented by locals and visitors alike and the food is really good! Try the local mussels! The service on both occasions (March and July) was friendly and efficient (but we did have to ask for extra bread in order to mop up the mussel juices - one slice per person is really not enough). In March we had visions of July and sitting out on the pier outside the pub enjoying the food and atmosphere... unfortunately the weather that July evening did not permit this. The next evening driving past Helen's Bar in glorious weather we could see that all the seats outside were taken up by people enjoying the food in such beautiful surroundings... Maybe on one of our next visits we will be that lucky.
