Accueil très souriant par le propriétaire Ralf, pas besoin d'attendre pour que la bière soit remplie et le Jägerschnitzel était savoureux. Donc, pour une ambiance agréable et un bon repas (ou seulement une bière), je recommande !

If you like Kibbeling, this is the best place to go. It is rather a fast food restaurant, but the quality is outstanding. The owner is getting the supply from the Netherlands, and understands the art of preparing the fish, that you feel you travelled to the Netherlands. Also the salat is fresh like you cut it yourself, not comparable with the aged stuff you get normally in fast food restaurants. A must go if you are going for hiking in the area of Bergisch-Gladbach.

the salad was impressive that came with the wiener schnitzel (i like salads). the kolsh was refreshing (local cologne/koln beer).

The food was surprisingly good and the waiter was very nice. His English was very good and he made us feel welcome. It's only a short walk down the hill from the Schloss Bensberg where we stayed.

We were stopping nearby and this place got god reviews. It doesn't look great from outside but appearances can be deceptive. The owner and his son are very entertaining when taking your order and serving the food.The menu is quite basic in terms of pizza and pasta although the specials board had some good food on, including a few fish dishes. They had no English menu but we managed to order some nice fish. They brought us some warm dough balls with olive oil which were tremendous. The fish was cooked very well although I would have preferred a few more vegetables. The owner insisted that we had some of his traditional spaghetti which went down very well.The dessert menu is limited but the Panna Cotta was divine. They also brought us a Crème Brulee and some espresso as a thank you. Overall this was very very good with excellent service.

My steak was, let say, 20% meat, rest was fat. So, completely unedible. Mushroom soup was not so mushromm flavored, tiramisu cake - big, fatty without amaretto and coffee flavour.I was so tired to complain on site...Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Zunächst bedanken wir uns für Ihre konstruktive Kritik und bedauern zu tiefst, dass Sie uns nicht vor Ort persönlich darauf angesprochen haben. Sie haben sich am besagten Abend für das US-Entrecôte entschieden. Dieses Steak zeichnet sich durch das sogenannte "Fettauge" aus.
