We TRIED to eat here today. We were informed - and none too nicely - that the staff was on lunch break. That would be fine, but why not convey it politely? There were customers still on the patio eating ice cream etc., no indication that the place was closed, yet they acted like our mere walking in was a major human rights violation. If you are going to run a restaurant, you should be capable of minimal courtesy towards customers, potential customers, and maybe future customers = none of which we will be, thank you very much.Hallo werter TripAdvisor Besucher!Sie besuchen uns ausserhalb unserer Ãffnungszeiten - diese sind auf allen Online-Plattformen wie TripAdvisor, Google, Facebook und auch auf unserer Website - Weiteres sind die Ãffnungszeiten auch vor dem Eingang im Lokal auf einer Tafel - weiters befinden sich A-Ständer im Frontbereich vor dem Eingang in den Schanigarten.Man darf doch durchaus von einem Top-Bewerter der Beitragsstufe 6 erwarten, die Ãffnungszeiten eines Lokales herauszufinden.Also vorweg stellt sich natürlich für uns die Frage, warum Sie uns dann ausserhalb der Ãffnungszeiten besuchen.Weiteres geben Sie eine 1 Sterne Bewertung ab, weil Sie persönlich gekränkt sind, wie die Menschen, die zu dieser Zeit im Schanigarten waren und Eis gegessen haben, angeblich unfreundlich waren. Wir wissen weder, wer diese Terrassenbesucher waren, noch welcher Dialog stattgefunden hat. Eine solche Bewertung stellt überhaupt keine tatsachengerechte Wiedergabe oder ein tatsächliches Bild für neue TouristInnen oder InteressentInnen an unserem Lokal dar. Ziel und Sinn der TripAdvisor Plattform sollte ja eben sein, dass sich TouristInnen oder InteressentInnen von Meinungen über die Bewertungen ein Bild vom Lokal machen können. Jetzt müssen Sie mir bitte erklären, wie das in Ihrem Fall gehen soll. We were tired of walking in the old city of Krems and decided to eat at the Nordsee restaurant. We each picked some thing special such as the Sole fillet in lemon sauce with small potatoes with parsley and steamed vegetables, the shrimp salad in a tortilla chip bowl (they only gave 6 grilled shrimps), a cod fish fillet baked with mushrooms and yellow cheese and argued which choice was the best. Everything was fresh, inexpensive and big portions.

Sehr schönes Lokal im Stadtteil Stein mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse. Die Küche ist authentisch und offeriert so manche Spezialität, wie z. B. Trüffelgerichte, herrlich frischen Fisch und diverse Antipasti. Die Pizzen gehören zweifellos zum Besten, was man in dieser Beziehung bekommen kann. Einziges kleines Detail am Rande - der Oktopus war nicht wirklich weich gekocht.Sehr aufmerksames Personal, der Padrone tritt immer wieder selbst in Erscheinung, feine Weinauswahl.
