We have visited Locanda del Baraccotto at 25 of September. It was wedding dinner of our beloved friends.... So, the atmosphere was really cozy and romantic. All stuff were helpful and friendly. Homemade Ravioli with ricotta and pine nuts were delicious!!! Don't miss this place if you will be Lucignano!

Il ristorante era completamente vuoto. 1 crostino toscano non particolarmente elaborato o saporito 2 ribollite normaliMezzo litro di rosso della casa molto acerboTagliata con rucola buona con contorno di spinaci buoniDolci evitati visto l'aspetto non freschissimo (l'ananas arricciato e screpolato non è un buon segno )60 ⬠in dueProprietaria gentile ma non mi sento di raccomandarlo

Nulla da dire sulla qualità delle pizze e sui taglieri, il locale è molto accogliente. Il punto di forza però è sicuramente la gentilezza delle ragazze che lo gestiscono, assolutamente fuori dal comune. Si vede dal loro sorriso che ci mettono passione! Il maxi hamburger è veramente Maxi!!! Buonissimo! La pizza si vede che è fatta da mani esperte. Brave ragazze continuate cosi.

After a year, we have visited this place again. The owner reconised us and served us the greatest big pizza's again! A very good place to eat great pizza. And ofcourse the pizza's were served with a great and big smile again! Thank you so much for having us at your place! Nicely set tables and a welcoming appearance attracted us to stop at this restaurant for lunch. The menu is simple and quite basic, the waitstaff friendly. Don't expect too much and you will enjoy it.

We went to Ristorante La Mencia twice on our stay in the Asciano area.Both times, the food was magnificent and the atmosphere was great. We had quite a few different dishes, and pretty much none of them disappointed.The first night we had excellent service. The waiter was great assistance with the Italian only menu, and was friendly and helpful in general.The second night, was not quite the same story. Our waitress spoke close to no English, so we had very little help in chosing dishes. Worst of all, she completely misunderstood our orders, so 1 dish was missing and I was left waiting 10 minutes after the others finished their food to get my main. Overall we would probably go again give them the benefit of delivering such great food, and hope to get a different waiter/waitress the next time.

I love this place, it is our constant destination when in the area for work (which is often). We come Spring, summer, fall and it is always delicious. They have great pasta, especially tartufo, but I always choose their pizza because it's delicious. I love that they have taste options that do not have meat. It is my favorite pizza this far north in Italy and I make sure to bring anyone visiting to the area.

Came here 3 times during our stay. Food was brilliant on every occasion and reasonably priced. Delicious wild boar pasta and wild boar stew and had pork shank on the last night which was to die for. Extremely friendly service and very child friendly- we had 5 kids with us. Highly recommended

We stayed in the area for a week and had pizzas from here 3 times! Delicious toppings. Mainly takeaway but you can sit on a small table outside. It's hidden away from the main square but we'll worth the hunt to find!
