Wow! All I can say is the food was plenty. We ordered a combination large pizza, cheese bread sticks and a liter soda. Good food and we had enough for 2 of us for another meal and a snack. They brought us the container of red peppers, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to use. Nice people.

Went here on a Saturday night to have pizza with my family. Had a great time. Ordered for appetizer the Faccio wings and Pan con mozzarella, both were delicious! To drink we ordered a Margarita, honestly not good. A glass of the house red wine, was very good and beers. They have a great selection of beers.For main we we order the chicken, ham and chorizo pizza. Was delicious, one of the best I've ever tasted. They have great selections of pizzas and you can make your own. Quality ingredients and the best sauce I've ever tasted.Will definitely come back again. They have carry-out and delivery service.

The main reason to visit this corner restaurant is for cracker-thin crust pizza baked in a recreation of a traditional Italian oven. Flavors are upscale -- arugula, pesto -- along with the usual attempts to appeal to the local palette. My wife said the chicken pesto pizza was delicious. This is a small place, so the menu is fairly limited and the server always steps away. Drinks include frappés and whatever one can see in the refrigerator. Parking is tight but actively controlled.

At first it was a little uncomfortable because the restaurant was packed and we had to wait to get a table ( but that happens at any great restaurant when you donât have a reservation).A group of three was seated just before our 20-30 minute wait at a table for five, but they kindly moved to accommodate us...So the food...ok Risotto Balls, amazing...Calamari fritters, amazing...my kidâs cheese pizza, amazing...my husbandâs salmon tacos, amazing...the orzo...OMG the ORZO...The skirt steak and mushroom (extra) RISOTTO OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the Artesano Burger is DEFINITELY THE BEST BURGER IN CAGUAS....This place has definitely turned into my favorite restaurant in Caguas, and the third time was the Charm. Theyâve expanded, itâs family friendly, but it also has a gorgeous whiskey bar...keep in mind that on Fridayâs (I would assume that on Saturdayâs also) it gets very crowded.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

We had always loved Al Dente in Old San Juan and have missed it. Juan Carlos opened this new restaurant in Caguas and we could not wait to visit. We were not disappointed. His pizza is amazing and the service is great! Will be back

The restaurant is beautiful and quaint. The service and food was excellent! Will definitely visit soon! We ordered the 7 cheese pizza and added mushrooms... I am still thinking about it. The crust was crunchy and the cheese flavors interacted beautifully.
