Die Neugier auf ein kulinarisches Erlebnis war so gross, dass auch die fehlenden Strassenschilder und ein weiter Fussweg nicht davon abhalten konnten, eines der bestbewerteten Restaurant aufzusuchen. Auch die Speisekarte versprach noch Besonderes. Irritierend war nur das Ausbleiben weiterer Gäste. Ein einziger weiterer Tisch war besetzt.Die Ernüchterung folgte sofort. Seit langem habe ich keinen hilf- und orientierungsloseren Service erlebt. Man vergass nicht nur, manches Bestellte auch zu servieren, man verabsäumte sogar, Messer und Gabel bereitzulegen. Und die Gerichte selbst, drei an der Zahl? Sie erreichten in keinem Fall die Höhe der Erwartungen. Sie waren beherrscht von schöner Optik, nicht von der Qualität der Produkte und der Professionalität der Zubereitung. Die Langusten waren nicht frisch, das Huhn bei den "Zakuska Pirata" nicht gut genug. Am besten geriet noch das Beefsteak, aber nicht gedieh über schwachen Durchschnitt hinaus.Wie gerne man auch empfiehlt, diese schöne Stadt am Jenissei touristisch zu entdecken: Die Erwartungen an die Küche der Region sollten nicht zu hoch angesetzt werden.Gherardino
