We visited this restaurant twice and it was each time a nice experience. The kitchen is oriented in Ukrainian and European style, the design is late 60´s in white and red with a beautifil view over the city in the 10th floor. Try Lavash , the Ukrainian speciality , its bread like a thin tortilla , rolled and filled with cheese or other things and baked in the oven... Very tasty! Also the salads were very good and the Shashlik as well. Before ordering one should know, that side dishes are normally extra to order and they have a quantity like a normal meal. If You order meat, it is measured in grams and You should order the quantity You like, measured in PREPARED food, not unprepared like in Germany f.e. for steaks. If I will Vinnytsya again, I will surely visit Panorama again. The only thing a little bit annoying is the high volume of the lounge music as it is always in the Ukrainian restaurants we visitied. But an advice to the waiter normally helps... Very good meals for a really low price compared to EU-countries, with all drinks and food for three persons we spent nearly ⬠17,- .

My beloved and I took her son to this wonderful restaurant. As you walk in, you see photos of many familiar faces in the entertainment industry. You walk down the stairs and come to the restaurant and bar area and you can feel the vibe.We went on a Monday night so no music but it was great for conversation which is why we went there. I ordered the ribeye and it was very tasty. I also ordered the Irish potatoes. Great combination.My beloved's son ordered the beer for us. I don't quite remember what we drank but they make beer on the site. I had a rich brown beer the first round and then more of a stout the second round. The beer servicings were HUGE and the beer was tasty.This is a pretty awesome pub. If in Vinnitsa, you should make a point to stop by.

I think they're kid on Italian food as everything we tried was very good.Great selection of salads and plus they serve in a very European way (definitely not like Ukrainian usually serve). My absolute favorite was lasagna, must try.

There are almost no people before midnight. The cocktails cost around $5-8 each. The drinks are good. The food is o.k., however, I can't say it impressed me a lot. It's considered to be a very fashionable local spot. One strange note: DJ played nice dance music, but no one (except us) was dancing... (we have been to another night club in Vinnytsia as well, the music was terrible there, however people were dancing... :)))

I live very close to the cafe and visit it on regular basis. They have a large outside area divided on smoking and non-smoking. Food is always tasty, either Italian, or Japanese, or international. Service depends on the waitress, it seems they rotate too often, but I cannot complain on it. Prices, as overall in Ukraine are very reasonable.

We went there with my girlfriend and her friends, I speak English only and fortunately they have English menu, the meat was delicious and juicy, service nice and fast, portion huge and prices are reasonable for locals, in euro or dollars everything was cheap, if I'll visit Ukraine I definitely will come again. Great place to go out with friends for food and drink.
