Ao terminarmos a visita feita na Fazenda Santa Rosa, onde vislumbramos as plantações de 5 ha de vinhedos das uvas syrah, barbera e tempranillo, fomos para o Bistrô Calliandra, onde a proprietária Adriana nos aguardava para um almoço harmonizado com degustação de vinhos dos Vinhedos Pireneus, da linha terroir (o mesmo vinhedo que fomos visitar na Fazenda Santa Rosa). Adriana é uma pessoa muito carismática, simpática e esbanja elegância, nota-se que gosta muito do que faz. O almoço harmonizado estava ótimo, todos os pratos, desde a entrada, a massa, a carne com polenta, a sobremesa, combinados com os vinhos escolhidos, foi perfeito. Para nós, viajantes, foi uma grata surpresa conhecer esse bistrô, que também é uma loja de vinhos e artigos gourmets muito elegantes. Recomendo.

Expensive and very noisy. The food is just regular. The wine chart is a offensive list. Maybe for foreigners, who can pay the bill with dollars or euros. Maybe. My wife and I almost got crazy with the level (in both senses) of the sound that the band was playing. Awful! A very bad experience.

I was so happy that I went all the way with the bus (3 hrs) from Brasilia. It is worth it!I took the "menu of the day" and it was just fabulous - presentation was really inviting with variety of colours and many food groups. It tasted so natural and fresh. It worths the long waiting... Very tasty, but the pizzas could be a bit larger for individual size and with a lot of ingredients. I don't think onion or garlic can be considered ingredients for choice the combination of flavor, but just some spices

The owner was such a dear and she was very very helpful and thoughtful. The place is beautiful. Just missed the “Rodizio” part, but it all of the other aspects, just gorgeous.
