We walked by this restaurant while sightseeing and stopped to take a look at the menu. Andre, the host, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We decided to make dinner reservations. Once we arrived for dinner we were promptly seated and greeted by our waitress, Juliana, who provided exceptional service. We loved the atmosphere of this place. They had live music but they played at a volume that we could still have a conversation. The decor is lovely and very inviting. We ordered sushi rolls and a steak. Both dishes were well made and delicious. Oh, and the drinks were on point and beautifully presented. Definitely, the best meal we had on our visit! We had a marvelous evening!

VagaFogo is a ecological sanctuary near the town of Pirenopolis here in Goias, Brazil. We took a group of 23 Wisconsin folks here this morning for the brunch and a walkabout of the grounds, which includes some exotic flora and possible monkey sightings. The the brunch is served in courses with all manner of jams, breads, meats, chutneys, and countless flavorings, all delicious and authentic. Well worth the visit and R$52 per person. Highly recommend you try it - we will be back.

Após ler as informações a respeito do restaurante da Pousada, principalmente, no referente à insuperável vista e, após confirmar por telefone o funcionamento na data, decidi conhecer. Fica distante do centro e m/m 8 kms de estrada de terra.Na chegada, a primeira impressão foi deplorável. Construíram um portão de entrada ridículo que, de tão estreito, quase não permite o acesso de um carro grande,Junto, uma casinha com pretensão de portaria, aparentemente abandonada. A impressão é de que o serviço foi feito por quem não sabia nada do que teria que ser feito. Fica a sugestão pela demolição e construção de forma profissional. Entrando, me deparei com uma ampla área, tanto externa como interna. Chega a ser portentosa. Lamentavelmente, o aspecto é de certo abandono ou, no mínimo, deficiente. O local é muito bonito e a natureza exuberante, com uma vista realmente deslumbrante.No dia, eu e minha esposa fomos os únicos clientes para o almoço. Fomos atendidos com gentileza pela Irene. Os pratos são todos para duas pessoas, impedindo atender aos possíveis gostos pessoais.Pedi uma salada e a informação foi a de que não tinha nenhuma. Também não tinha o Cordeiro. O prato escolhido, com arroz integral, depois de comandado, também não tinha.Os proprietários precisam revitalizar o ambiente e manter um cardápio onde os pratos descritos possam ser disponibilizados. Quanto aos preços, estão acima da média e também não condizentes com a qualidade. Diante de tudo, fica difícil recomendar aos leitores do T.A.

Perinópolis is a charming small city located very close from Brasilia, about an hour and a half driving. Full of resorts and waterfalls to be discovered with lots of hiking tracks, this is a perfect destination for a weekend.The city itself is small, charmy with stone steets and old houses painted as new in multiple vibant colours. Lots of artisan's stores and good restaurants that serve great braziian an goianian food. Pirenopolis is located at Goias state of Brazil. Among those options, pedreiras was a good choice. Its not exactly situated inside of the city perimeter and you need to drive or take an easy 10 minutes cab ride to get there.For a cost of 50 reais, wich is about 15 dollars, an adult can eat as much as he can, everything included, such as a whole bunch of tasty buffet style food with meet, chicken, pamonhas, feijoada, pork meet, rice and beans as 'feijao tropeiro' style, between many other local dishes and also deserts. They always have live music going on and the food is tasty and very well served, although the service lacks a little bit of quality( not that bad). They have an adittional option to the visitors and they can go down about 100 yards and sit in tables and chairs in a sandy beach right in front of a river of very cold water. It is interesting to stay there drinking beer and talking before going up to have lunch. If you just visit the beach part you have to pay 20 reais to stay there. But if you eat in the restaurat they dont charge you those 20 reais. It is not a private place downthere so it lacks a little peace because people come to the other side of the river, park their cars and stay barbecuing with very loud music from the automobiles powerfull speakers, unfortunatelly sometimes in a very disrespecfull and unpolite manners. This is a bad issue that is difficult to handle so the visitor should be aware of that and relax with this situation.Despite the couple of restrictions written above, it s very recommended as a good tasty and typicall restaurant. If visiting.Pirenópolis, definetly worth a visit.

Ao terminarmos a visita feita na Fazenda Santa Rosa, onde vislumbramos as plantações de 5 ha de vinhedos das uvas syrah, barbera e tempranillo, fomos para o Bistrô Calliandra, onde a proprietária Adriana nos aguardava para um almoço harmonizado com degustação de vinhos dos Vinhedos Pireneus, da linha terroir (o mesmo vinhedo que fomos visitar na Fazenda Santa Rosa). Adriana é uma pessoa muito carismática, simpática e esbanja elegância, nota-se que gosta muito do que faz. O almoço harmonizado estava ótimo, todos os pratos, desde a entrada, a massa, a carne com polenta, a sobremesa, combinados com os vinhos escolhidos, foi perfeito. Para nós, viajantes, foi uma grata surpresa conhecer esse bistrô, que também é uma loja de vinhos e artigos gourmets muito elegantes. Recomendo.
