We were sad when Brisa Coffee shut down earlier this year, but Back Fire opened up not too long after that happened...and they serve food! Friendly and professional staff and delicious food and drinks. We greatly appreciate their nonsmoking environment. Happy to be regular customers on our weekly trips to Ha Long city.They've got a store on the first floor, cafe on the second, restaurant on the third, and bar on the fourth. We're only able to visit midday, so we've only been able to take advantage of the store and cafe (which serves the full food/drink menu) so far.

Walked along the new wharf from our cruise ship looking for somewhere to try a true Vietnamese coffee, and found 3 Vins on the main road. We were greeted warmly by the owner,Ta Xuan Dong and seated outside. We enjoyed the experience of learning how Vietnamese coffee is made, and it's strong and delicious taste. A refreshing cold tea was provided. The owner told us that this was the first restaurant in Halong Bay serving Western/European food and wines. A tour of his wonderful wine cellar and a look at the menu made us wish we were staying longer in Halong Bay - this young man was knowledgable and hospitable, and we wish him every success in his lovely modern restaurant.Dear Mrs JoanMy pleasure to welcome you & your darling in our restaurant.Thank you for your concentration on what I am told you about Vietnamese coffee, quite strong but that a real one coffee.You're so kind to share your information in TA.We warmly welcome you & your friends o Ha Long Bay & 3Vins Restaurant.Best Regards!X.Dong

Went because of good reviews but disappointed. Nothing special. Cannot communicate by English while some reviews said staff spoke English well. I ordered seafood pizza but not smell fresh. I even got light stomachache in the evening. Never suggest or recommend at all. Regards,
