We had a very good and relaxing dinner. The staff was extremely kind and careful with us. Try the culatello with artichokes or the carne salada as appetizer, the tagliatelle with ragout d'anatra (bolognese sauce with duck) is a must. Interesting and reasonably priced wine list. The location is close to the highway. We suggest to modify the interior style: not adequate with the local context and taste.

Il truciolo is about 15 km outside Bologna. For this reason I think that they have never seen a tourist eating there. Consequently, they have to keep high quality standards to attract customers. The restaurant has a genuine and vintage atmosphere. We ate starters and pasta. Everything was very tasty, I liked polenta with egg and black truffle and gramigna with salsiccia.I will go back there and eventually bring friends. There is no menu, the boss comes and tells you the dishes of the day. You do not know the price, but again it garantees you that you will eat only daily prepared dishes.A bit expensive, however, you will find the same prices in the city center of Bologna.

Poca scelta a pranzo, almeno per quanto riguarda i secondi piatti, Hanno solo una pietanza. Servizio non troppo veloce per una pausa pranzo al volo. Grazie mille per averci recensito!- 7 antipasti- 6 paste condite in modo differente- tigelle e crescentine- Come carni solo straccetto di pollo, entrecote di Angus, tagliata di Angus...per scelta.- taglieri vari- almeno 7/8 contorni di verdure fresche.Questo menù lo abbiamo SEMPREil menù a prezzo fisso (da lun a ven solo a pranzo) invece..prevede 2/3 primi piatti e 2 secondi, tutte le verdure del giorno.Le tempistiche per mangiare un primo e il contorno (circa 5 minuti) diverso è se si desiera la carne..occorre cuocerla! Ovviamente a pranzo si ha quasi tutti fretta, il nostro locale e anche la ns cucina è piccino, per questa ragione cuciniamo poche pietanze.. nel menù fisso del pranzo, proprio per garantire un pasto più veloce.Ma se avesse richiesto qualcosa dal menù a la carta avrebbe avuto più scelta, questo però le avrebbe richiesto più tempo.Pranzo al volo.. consiglio il bar di fronte a noi che fa ottimi panini o anche la pasticceria, può servirle probabilmente qualche piatto freddo.Probabilmente se avesse chiesto: "cosa potrei mangiare di veloce?" Le sarebbe stato dato qualche consiglio e le tempistiche.Lo tenga a mente per una prossima volta NON da noi, magari non si troverà a dover lasciare 2 stelle per una motivazione così futile!Ricordo inoltre a tutti i clienti che hanno questo genere di necessità che non siamo una mensa e non serviamo prodotti pronti all'uso.A presto!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Although far from the typical touristic routes, if you can stretch your visit until there it'll pay off the effort. Half an hour from Bologna and Ferrara (it's actually in between the two cities) the restaurant does not look fancy, but it offers a wide variety of fish of the highest quality and perfectly cooked. From the fried to the baked, from pasta to the mussels soup (please try that!) everything is so delicious that you'll want to return a second and a third time (my family and I come back for every birthday or family reunion)Don't expect the most high class of service but rather a friendly chat with the waiters (who rarely speak English unfortunately) that will make your meal even more enjoyable.

L '0asi faunistica si trova a pochi kilometri di distanza fal centeo di Bentivoglio, all ingresso si trova il centro visite e un piccolo ma grazioso ristorante. Mi ha colpito la gentilezza e cortesia di tutto il personale. Bravissimi. Cucina semplice ma buona, piatti del territorio, rigorosamente di "stagione". Tutto buono, dessert compresi. Merita la passeggiata lungo i sentieri dell' oasi dove si possono ammirare gli splendidi nidi delle cicognr e, in generale fare birdwatching nei capanni attrezzati lungo il percorso. I bambibi sono rimasti entusiasti. Gran bella domenica. Consigliato

Mi trovavo in zona per lavoro e sono capitata in questo grazioso, piccolo borgo per caso. Il Ristorante è piccolo ma curato e accogliente, il personale gentilissimo, la cucina superba, dalla scelta del menù alla presentazione dei piatti.Ottimi gli antipasti con salumi tipici e crescentine, le paste, i secondi di carne, non abbiamo assaggiato i dolci ma sicuramente eccellenti anche quelli, tutto ben calibrato. Complimenti anche per il pane e la focaccia di ceci servita calda.

It's a beautiful and tasteful surprise. Daily homemade tagliatelle (handmade as well) with ragù sauce are delicious! For sure the best in this area. Seconds are good, too and daily made. Courtesy always on the top. I suggest this place to everybody.

you need reservations for this restaurant. This is not clearly marked anywhere on TripAdvisor or their website. Iâm sure itâs delicious but I will never know. Even though we got there right when it opened and no single person was there, they said they were full and cannot receive my small family. We drove all the way here from Florence so we are very disappointed.
