Stumbled on this restaurant on the Papudo seawall. Great location on the ocean with the waves cascading below your window. A bit pricey but you have to try their jaima. My wife had a grilled tuna with a side of the jaima sauce. As a seafood addict, I went with both the jaima casserole and the grilled octopus. All the flavors were fantastic. My wife who is not particularly a shellfish lover raved about the crab sauce. My crab casserole was chock full of jaima including the claws. The grilled octopus had a nice char flavor from the parilla. A couple of glasses of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and we have a very fill-in and delicious lunch. Huge and generous portions. Hot rolls served while waiting. The only reason not a full 5 star rating was the flan dessert was really disappointing after such a great meal. Service efficient but not overly friendly. Nevertheless a wonderful discovery.

A true sample of excellent hospitality!Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in Chile! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner "Paulo Solis" and his lovely family, the staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was awesome!!Great location near downtown & the beach, the hotel is super clean and provides us great hospitality.Thanks so much Mr. Solis & Family, we'll be back for sure.Carlos Barria.

First of all, for this Chilean winter month, the weather was sunny and exceptionally warm and with live music (female singer) it was an even nicer experience. We all started with machas al la parmesana, which were well prepared and delicious. After that congrio (sea eel) frito, was equally well prepared.Service was attentive and friendly.I certainly can recommend this restaurant for a nice seaside luncheon or dinner. Also inside seating is no problem. Only difficulty may be finding a nearby parking spot, which in high season (December through February)may be a problem.
