I saw this restaurant at Trip Advisor. A high point in our trip to Córdoba. The small dishes for ´degustación´ are savvy and well prepared. The chef (one of the Family members) is pleasant and spends time with clients. A very pleasant experience, definetively recommended.

When you look from the street, you cannot imagine what you will find once you enter the door. A really cozy place with tables inside and outside. We had the chance to sit outside in the garden in a nice shade under a big tree! The menu has some very good options. We were welcomed by the owners in a very nice and friendly way! Highly recommendable and we will surely come back! It is a 1h30 drive from Cordoba in a scenic route called Camino del Cuadrado. Very nice thing do in a sunny weekend. It's been a long since we had such quality of meal in a restaurant. From a gluten free menu, to the fabulous Galicia style octopus, everything was perfect. Just a mention to the price: 15/20 dollars per capita including wine!

Was disappointed with this place. But given the crowds perhaps I was in the minority as it is obviously popular. The service was fine, the beer selection very good, but the pizza was borderline awful. We split one pizza with two toppings, Alexandre they called one, I cannot recall the other. Neither was any good we ate less than half and did not bother taking the balance home and given we had nothing in the fridge that was surprising. What this place does have is a fabulous ice cream place across the street from it which saved the evening and we retired with a liter of the best ice cream.

I came here with fairly high expectations given other reviews and was a bit disappointed. To the restaurant's credit, service is prompt and attentive. The atmosphere is also pretty good with a lively crowd and good decor. However, the food leaves more than a little to be desired. The bread for the table was dry, my olives were not fresh and my Milanese was tough with a breading that was not fully cooked.Everyone else seemed to be having a good time and everything else about the meal was on point, so it may be worth your while to try this place yourself. Being terribly British here, this excellent cafe has a good range of real tea and actually offers afternoon and high tea! Having said that we went for dinner ( they offer breakfasts too, based on our experience its all good), had a spinach n ricotta strudel with fresh carrot salad and ravioli al forno. Both very well done, and decent portion. We followed up with pavlova, which was home made and came with excellent blueberry ice cream, the meringue was just slightly too refined, good pistachio mousse. Service friendly and helpful and in English! Tea, so good to get a choice, had a very good oolong. We were all set to go back, but they shut the next day! Highly recommend.

i still remember our first visit 3 yrs ago. the quality of the food is still the same, simply outstanding. prices went up a little, but what can you do with this crazy inflation. time to introduce michelin stars in argentina, this restaurant really deserves at least one if not two. i tried 3 different main courses and 2 appetizers and postres, i won't say anything more here, just try it yourself, you won't regret it. i was very pleased that (according to trip advisor) this is now the number 1 restaurant in cordoba. i would even go one step further, it is one of my favorite restaurants in argentina! as i am back at least once a year i can keep you updated if they can keep the high standards!a special compliment also to our excellent waiter from gummersbach, germany. impresionante!!!

We came to Alta Gracia for the day and came to Herencia for lunch off the back of a recommendation from a friend in Cordoba.Food is delicious- fine dining yet really affordable. We had starters and main each and paid £25 in total. Great service, beautiful building and definitely recommend.
