Our only issue with the restaurant was the overbearing underfloor heating which is set far too high and slowly cooks you and dries out ones skin which is uncomfortable. We have underfloor heating at our home which is set at a sensible temperature which this hotel needs to adjust down a couple of degrees centigrade please.

The food is excellent in this hotel and on the first night we both had a glass of wine. On the second night we didn't want wine as we had been drinking wine in the hotel listening to live music outside and I only wanted tap water but was told I couldn't have tap water unless we ordered something else !!!! Such a petty rule that spoils a lovely hotel. I will not be ordering any more alcohol for the whole week or sadly drinking it in the outside music area - so the hotel have basically ruined an enjoyable week by a petty minded rule of no tap water with food, surely it's a basic human requirement or at least it is in the U.K. So be warned !! No water unless you pay for it or a drink to have with it

We visited this place a couple of days ago, as we had passed a few times and though it looked absolutely beautiful as its in a lovely location. Unfortunately the service was very far from lovely or beautiful. We were not made to feel welcome at all, we were dealt with VERY off-handedly by the "waiter" - and I use the term very loosely indeed. Asked for a menu in English and were told very rudely that there wasn't one but "its all good". Ok, no problem, I can struggle through the menu enough to decide what's what. Then asked if I can pay by credit card, only to get a smirk and told no they don't accept them. Made to feel very small and unwelcome. I really do not like to slate anywhere, but, needless to say, we will not be returning if the opportunity ever arises and would definitely warn anyone off the place as well.

We (two adults and two children) have been to three different restaurants in these parts: this is our favorite. As the restaurant's name indicates you should try the trouts, but meat is also a good choice. Special meals for children. We had a nice evening and recommend the restaurant.

Perfect service amazing food. Valentine dinner yes...with my 2 daughters and my wife. Kids menu of Grand Style... all nicely presented. For the adults amazing food Austrians day international inspired. Very nice presented and very tasty. Most pleasant dining experience in Saalbach. Just a few metres from the centre of Saalbach and right next to the valley station of the Bernkogelbahn. And ideal spot for a ski-break, Après Ski and dinner in the evening. In the "Soul House" we just love good music. In the afternoon we are celebrating

Had a great lunch followed by a few beers and the some live music. Itâs a good place but maybe lacks a bit of staff cohesion between the various areas. Food is very good but maybe needs just a little bit of visible management. Dear John, thank you very much for your feedback to your visit at Soul House. Good Italian restaurant (missclasdified as pizzeria in TripAdvisor.)We enjoyed a very good dinner having Carpaccio for starter, (medium rare) steak with butter herb source and Irish Coffee for dinner. All were professionally prepared and perfect in addition to very friendly service and pleasant atmosphere! We were able ti get a table without a reservation by arriving already after 6 PM. Table reservation recommended.The phone number given by the TripAdviser app does not, however, work. The restaurant adviced to use there own net page instead for getting correct contact information to make a table reservationHope that TripAvisor is able to sort out the errors in the classification of the restaurant and the contact information asap!

The main reason for the 2 stars isnât the food, which is decent, but it is the fact that they allow people to smoke inside at the bar, which is quite close to the dining area. I think that is absolutely disgusting and had I known before coming in, I would not have come to begin with. Especially since there arenât enough servers so it took forever for dinner to come and for us to attract the attention of the server to order desert. The food is ok, the schnitzel was a bit too greasy for my liking and the fries werenât very crispy. All in all an ok meal but unfortunately as long as smoking inside is allowed thereâs no way Iâll be back

We have had the opportunity to dine at this lovely, family run hotel in Fieberbrunn, Austria several times. We have also stayed as hotel guests. We could to complain about anything. The service was top notch, the food was delicious and the property is clean and very well maintained. We have visited in both Summer and Winter. Both are great times to visit!
