This restaurant and bar is the best in Yarmouth with loads of atmosphere and excellent food. You hear on trip advisor people say it’s expensive well you only get what you pay for.
We had a fabulous meal and the staff are excellent. Declan and Graham especially on this night were a credit to Saltys
It’s a must try in 2018 people

Mojac's is open 5 evenings a week for dinner (Tues-Sat) and will open for lunch for parties of 8 or more with 24 hours' notice. We do not cater for children and do not allow under 10's after 7pm. Mojac's Restaurant and Bar aims to provide all customers with a friendly environment in which they can enjoy a cocktail, one of our many gins, just a nibble or dessert or a meal from our regularly changed menu offering excellent quality fresh produce and always complimented by our efficient friendly service. Our menu features many gluten free dishes and we are happy to help with other special dietary needs.
Great welcome. All of the meals presented and tasted fantastic. Service outstanding. Belly pork main and Quails egg starter all perfectly cooked. Well done.

Alacarte restaurant in Newport offering a selection of local fish and seafood and great steaks. An upmarket restaurant with an emphasis on customer service and attention to detail with crisp linen table cloths and napkins.
We read the reviews and we chose Burr’s for a family anniversary last week.
This delightful small restaurant needs no further accolades from me. It is the tops.
The service is attentive, friendly and efficient but not intrusive with an excellent Maitre D in charge.
We chose the steaks and the rack of lamb from the comprehensive menu, all delicious and cooked to perfection.
It was an occasion to remember. We shall certainly return.

We enjoyed a great evening meal 'On the Rocks', we loved cooking our own seafood and steak following clear instruction from the staff - delicious. The restaurant has their own extensive wine menu but also do not apply corkage if you wish to bring your own, I wish more establishments would adopt this policy. Highly recommended

After a very long day trip, there was only one thing for it... Fish and Chips...
Now I have friends in this industry, so I feel qualified comment.
This place was absolutely Superb... Possibly the Best Fish and Chips I’ve ever had???
Everything cooked fresh, and a really pleasant welcome to boot.
Simply can’t recommend enough... Wish it was our local. And our local is really good!

Called into this place for a warm drink on a dreary Autumn day. Tea good, delicious flapjack and welcoming staff. The negative for us was watching the young lady behind the counter picking off the nail varnish from her fingers. As I work in the hospitality trade myself I know that painted nails are not allowed let alone standing behind a food counter and picking off said nail polish. Bad impression and unhygienic.

Thompson's is a contemporary 'open kitchen' restaurant offering a delicious modern British menu inspired by the flavours of the Island and Chef Robert Thompson's experiences. This original dining concept features kitchen view tables downstairs with a more intimate atmosphere upstairs. Equally accessible for a special dinner, casual drinks at the bar, or a lazy lunch, this restaurant will appeal to locals and tourists alike. Menus available at Thompson's include an eight course tasting menu designed to take you on a journey through the season's best ingredients and includes influences from Robert's cooking career to date, meaning that fusions of classical and contemporary cuisine are finely balanced. There's also a la carte options and a separate lunch menu to choose from.
I’ve eaten in many places throughout my life, many top flight and many more everyday places. I ate at Thompson’s last night attending with friends and maybe I hit lucky with my choice of menu (I don’t think so as everything looked delicious) but the experience was second to none. The care and attention from staff, was excellent and the open on view kitchen was fascinating. A very well oiled machine! I would love to return. Maybe in the summer if I can get a table! An amazing and awesome experience!!

It's all about the cow at The Cow Co Restaurant. Delicious burgers, tasty steaks, gourmet grazing platters, cheeses and ice creams from a range of local and specialist producers. Perfect for carnivores and herbivores alike. Seasonal and fresh - spectacular views thrown in for free! Great gifts, gourmet treats and much more are available from the Gallery and Gift Shop next door. Also at Tapnell Farm there is an Indoor playbarn, outdoor jumping pillow and adventure activities.
The decor is brilliant, the fact you can go and stroke the cows after your meal was awesome. We all had burgers and they were great. A nice touch being able to have it breadless, and getting some money back also!
The only downside was that service charge is added to the bill automatically. I don't mind tipping, but don't like being forced to do so. So nowhere that just adds money to the bill can get the full 5 stars, which is a shame, as this place would have got them all!
