Da der korrekte Namen vom Restaurant nicht "Kongresszentrum La Poste" lautet, bitten wir den Namen des Betriebes anzupassen und nicht neu zu eröffnen, wie es von Ihnen vorgenommen wurde. Bitte auf den korrekten Namen "Restaurant La Poste" umschreiben. Denn sämtliche bisherigen Bewertungen unter dem alten Namen betrafen das Restaurant La Poste! Great food. Was here on business, thankfully some of my colleagues are Swiss and translated the wonderful variety of dishes. Try it out but be prepared to pay for the fine dining.

This restaurant is just on the main street between Visp and Brig and definitively worth a stop. Nice Terrace, very friendly service and good food.

Arrived in Visp mid-afternoon during our excursion to Switzerland and No. Italy. We walked around the town and looked for a place to eat supper. Since the hotel gave us a complimentary drink and 20% discount for meals at their restaurant, we decided to eat here. Food was above average. Serviice was fair.

We stopped by in Visp en route to Zermatt, and according to Tripadvisor there weren't many restaurants to choose from for dinner... We settled on Terrasse and were somewhat comforted that the hotel receptionist also recommended it for fondue.
When we entered, the staff could only speak German, which we found encouraging (i.e. not too many tourists frequent the place). They did have an English menu though with very rough and quaint translations, enough to guess what was available.
The fondue (with mushroom) came with fresh bread and hot mini potatoes, heated with a mini gas fire. The fondue was velvety and hearty (c. SFR 25) and we ate to our hearts' content. We also ordered a carpaccio (SFR 19), although this used dried meat, rather than the fresh version that we were used to, and was clearly outshone by the fondue.

On the way to Zermatt and Saas Fee, this quite new restaurant proposes traditional food and modern cuisine. The Cordon Bleu is among the best I had so far. Definitively an excellent place for a stop on your way to Zermatt or Saas Fee. The service is friendly and the food very good.

This is a chain coffee shop as I've seen a few locations during my travels in Switzerland. I had coffee here a couple times during my stay in Visp. Nice Seating outside. Service was decent. There was a nice variety of snacks available in the bakery section of the restaurant.

We arrived from Sion in the afternoon , Zermatt was very busy and places were full, so decided to take a chance . Having not had a kebab for years it was a nice change. It was really thinly sliced meat , fresh salad and seasonings were to your taste, not too hot for me.
Served by staff with gloves. it was an ideal snack to tide us over till evening time.

Super Pizza Not sure if it is the best pizza in town, haven't tried any others in Visp, lol. However it was a fab pizza there and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Gotta try it. But gotta be careful. They have quite a good size

Looks can be deceptive. A modern looking Italian restaurant on a highway hidden among petrol stations and car showrooms, but the food and service were both very good. Easily the best pizza I have had in Visp, the kitchen was open and looked very clean and the staff were very friendly. Best of all they had a great chilli-infused oil. But I had to ask for it and they treated it like an "under-the-counter" special. Lots of smiles all round
