Trattlers Einkehr is a Chalet-Restaurant in the valley of Bad Kleinkirchheim offering an authentic Austrian atmosphere. The weekly programme includes live-music, barbeques, torch-light-walks and wine tastings. You can also book the chalet with a horse carriage or horse sleigh. Its cuisine is mainly Austrian using only regional produce from Carinthia and Austria. Specialties are dry-aged beef from Austrian beef, Carinthian pasta dishes and sweet-water fish from the nearby pond (trouts). For comfort food there is also a good Pizza offering. The food was great, but the service was quite slow. There was live entertainment and was very family friendly. Traditional and I would recommend it.

This beautiful Hotel in the Turracher Mountains has also a great Restaurant, where I had one of the best meals ever. The chef in the restaurant is a Hauben Chef and you could easily say that this cold be a Michelin restaurant. The location is amazing and the wievs are stunning!

Very warm place. Nice restaurant and terace in the midle of ski resort. Good austrian cusine, best service. Family Pert is a great host. Higly recomended place!

It is situated in the same street as Die Post hotel in Dorfstrasse, few dosen meters further from the hotel. Friendly staff, warm welcome, great "gern cnödel" with poppy seeds and vanila cream. Nice choice of daily meals and sweets. 50 mtr from Kaiserburgbahn ski lift and village spa and swiming pool. Recomandation.

Located by the bottom of the nocky fitzer ride. This is a nice very clean and well decorated place. Lots of indoor and outdoor Seating with a good choice of food. The homemade pizzas are excellent as is the local sausage. Staff are friendly and efficient.

We spent nice evening in that restaurant. We ordered different kinds of pizza. Also local beer and very tasty red wine.
They have got wide range of wines.
I can also recommend good spaghetti frutti di mare.
Prices are on good level, 4 adults and 3 children with drinks included bill was 90 euro.
Stuff proffesional and friendly.
I will come back next time.

Among the Turracher Hohe restaurants this was the only one were I could read a menu in a language different from german and I really appreciated the fact that the staff at least tried to speak in my language (and they were quite successful, in fact).
The staff welcome you very very warmly, contrary to most of the other places where only locals are welcomed in a special way. You can really feel among friends, here.
Special menus on Tuesday (spareribs), Friday (fondue) and Saturday (grillade), but you can order anything else from the menu with no problems even during these special occasions. The size of the dishes are more than ok: you can hardly finish your food.
Absolutely a must!
