This complex is well located on the road that links the cities in Valea Jiului. There's a restaurant, a pool, a hotel and a sportzone. About the restaurant, i may say that it is built with quality materials, the food si above average and the atmosphere is fine. The downsize is the waiting service.

We first ate here on a saturday night and the food was awesome. It was definately the best food that i had eaten in Petrosani. I had a stroganof and it was the best that i had ever eaten. We were so impressed we decided to go with some friends 2 days later. It was a totally different experiance however and we were very disapointed. The food took over an hour to arrive an was cold except for 1 dish. The later discovered that they have 2 chefs and the difference couldnt have been anymore apparent. If the owners are Reading this then please sack or retrain the chef. you must know wich one

The slowest service ever. Same waitresses works on the pool side as well as in the restaurant. Food is quite ok, also autosevire serves nice dishes. The drinks are good. Prices are higher than in average romanian restaurants. Because of poor service, not recommend. The service has never been good but now it's under all expectations...unfortunately

If you want to eat a good Romanian food in Petrosani, this is the place. I've been there several times and it was always very pleasant.

After a quite busy day we were invited to this restaurant. Inside is cozya and nice. But the best thing you can find inside is food. We have tried wild boar, deer and perch. Very good. Moreover there is quite a selection of local wines.
I recommend this one.

We ordered a big oxigenpizza which was ok, a broccoli soup which was actually an instant soup, a limonade which did not taste as lemon at all. Overall is a nice place but they should provide better quality for price.

This restaurant is inside an old casino, built at the beggining of the 20th century. I can sincerely say that i wasn't expecting to find such a classy location in Petrosani. The furniture and design are great, the place looks really tidy. As for the food we had beef soup, very good and i had pork snitzel and my girlfried had curry chicken, both tasty an well done. I can trully say that this is a great finding. Really recommend it!

We ran across this charming couple's italian pasta/pizzeria while shooting a film in Petrosani and we couldn't have been happier!
He is from Italy and cooks everything from scratch, she is Romanian and serves the food with the warmest smile.
This place is perfect for a quick grab on the go or for a longer dinner watching the neighborhood children come in and out for their daily free slice. Communication is easy, with Gigi speaking near perfect english in addition to italian and a bit of german.
We especially recommend the pasta al ragù, delicious!
