Retta Cafe

Reviewed By Indra M - Bandung, Indonesia

This café is open 24 hour and it is located on the main road from Parapat to Medan. So, if you are driving at night and pass this area, you should stop by to enjoy a cup of hot coffee company with roasted peanuts while enjoying the view of Lake Toba from up high. You will never get enough of the atmosphere especially if you are too sleepy to continue your trip. This 30 minutes rest will refresh your mind and body to get ready to get back hitting the road.

Leo's Restaurant

Nice restaurant with good authentic national food.

Reviewed By ReisDNA - Arnhem, The Netherlands

The menu is the same as in most Indonesian restaurants except here they have fresh fish. We had the grilled fish with chips which was very good. Nice decoration and good music (not too loud).
The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant so some the kitchen smell goes through the restaurant. Try to have a table outside :)
For two grilled fish, a big water and two large Bintang we paid IND 180000 but they have also very cheap noodles and rice.

Chinese Food. Soups. No Pork.

Reviewed By Scott K

The food is good but a bit on the oily side. And a bit pricey by Indonesian standards. Chinese style dishes.
