Great place to be for food, drinks, beach chairs, surf and excellent views. The food is very good along with the service. Rosalyn is an excellent server and Gray is the best beach attendant ever. This neat place converts to Daniels By The Sea for the dinner hour.

***Under New Management*** South Beach meets the Caribbean - Big Fish is a hip, modern and upscale casual dining experience. The design is like nothing you will find anywhere in St.Maarten. The menu is diverse - with a focus on seafood. Many other options are available for the non-seafood eater including steak, chicken, pasta and vegetarian options. A kids menu is also available. Great sharing snacks, a diverse wine list with a variety of options by the glass and full bar. The service staff are attentive and eager to please. The Outdoor Patio is magnificent with a waterfall Fountain, sexy lighting and cool music. The inside features a large comfortable bar and open kitchen concept where you can enjoy the "show". Come join us at Big Fish - don't miss out.
We went to St. Maarten for our honeymoon July 23rd - 30th. We have always been the people that rent a car for the week and learn about the island/culture. All in all, our goal is to visit all of the beautiful spots on each of the Islands and eat at as many restaurants as we can. (we love to eat). We stayed at the nearby Westin Resort for the entire week. Once we went to the Big Fish for the first time, we did not want to go anywhere else on the island for the week. The atmosphere was amazing (South Beach vibe), with wonderful lighting to set the mood. Michael and Theresa (owners) were amazing hosts and took wonderful care of us throughout the week. They even went out of their way to provide us with a few night caps, congratulating us on our recent marriage. Captain (bartender) always made wonderful drinks and was always a great conversation during dinner. The staff was always attentive and friendly. The food was BY FAR the best on the island. We went to many restaurants (pizza shops to high end steak/seafood places) and nothing compared to the Big Fish. The Lobster Bisque/Shrimp Appetizer/Steak/Thermidor were amazing!!!!! We loved it so much, that we ended up going to the Big Fish 3 nights for dinner. Absolutely loved it. Thank you Michael and Theresa for allowing us into your wonderful establishment to eat your wonderful food!!!!! We will be back soon. Jonathan & Shannon

Looking for that 'in resturant' with delicious food, friendly service and local color? We had a wonderful French seafood dinner ordered off the 'maison specials' menu ...monkfish in a lobster bisque served in a pastry shell...oh, la la!
I loved the wine list printed on the large label of a huge wine bottle....the friendly and efficient waitress....the small warm bar with locals talking with the chef and the complimentary rum drink after dinner. What more is there?

This restaurant has a setting that i would say is between romantic and family, easy atmosphere, full of private nooks overall it is very cozy. The food is very French in the good sense of the word and this is all surrounded by good Italian, many traditional french dishes like Steak Tartare and Bavette , great crepes, sweet and savory, nice pasta dishes and creative french crepes. My favorite is the Steak Tartare, it is really very good. Portions are large, you will not leave wanting more. Staff and owners are very friendly and make you feel at home

Stunning views of Dawn Beach from our open air deck. Dine and listen to the waves.Enjoyed our varied menu at very reasonable prices. Also you cannot beat our special on $1 all day Corona beers and the best deal in town .25 cents Coronitas from 3:30-4:00 pm every day.
Advertised as Carribean night so we had hoped for sounds of the Islands. Performer did well but because, possibly, there was a handful of merry Americans, decided to roll out everything but Carribean hits. Shame as food and service was good.

The finest eclectic international cuisine is just steps away from your hotel room at Infinity Restaurant, located in our Main Lobby building. Ocean views, outdoor dining on our elegant Terrace and impeccable service make Infinity Restaurant a natural choice for guests and owners of the Oyster Bay Beach Resort and its sister properties. In the evenings, request a table by the window or on the Terrace and relish the beautiful view of our infinity-edge pool and the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll see the distant outline of St. Barths, the twinkling lights of the slow-moving cruise ships and the sailboats and yachts as they leave and enter Oyster Bay Marina. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and poolside service daily from 7:30am until 10pm. Our adjacent Infinity Bar is open daily from 9am until midnight.
Hi. This is in the OBBR. Its very nice with a beauiful view of the ocean. Inside or outside dining areas. Good service and great drinks. The food was very good with great presentation. Not too busy as a lot guest eat out elsewhere on the island. Always try to eat here once each time we come.

We stopped here when walking the boardwalk & are so glad we did. Wonderful selection of gelato and a very nice gal working. She let us sample different flavors until we decided on what to order. We will definitely be back to try more!!

The Dinghy Dock Bar is a true Caribbean dive bar. Situated on a historic marina in Oyster Pond, the bar straddles the Dutch and French line sitting over the water. It's a place where high and low, locals and tourists, rub elbows and party the night away. It was originally a place to get the rowdy drunken sailor's out of the finer establishments in the area. Sit at the bar and to hear stories told, some true and many not, from around the island and around the world. The "mix your own" happy hour is the best around. That's right, you get the bottle, glass, mixer, and make you own drink. This is also one of the best-stocked bars on the island, with the usual suspects, as well some unusual ones - even a selection of craft beers from the US for those missing a taste of home. The kitchen makes some of the best casual bar food around, lunch and dinner. You won't find better fish and chips, ribs, burgers, wings, or anything else on the menu. Daily specials vary from goat stew to jerk pork chops to blackened grouper. We open at 8am for coffee and fresh baked croissants. The kitchen opens around 11am and runs until you're stuffed. All are welcome - kids, dogs, iguanas, random dock critters, old and young people - provided, of course, they're up for a good time. Family friendly most of the day and night, late night is definitely more suited for the "big kids". You never know what will happen at this place. There is also live music every Sunday night and usually 2-3 other nights of the week. Sports fan? The game is always on at the Dinghy Dock. Whether it's NFL, NHL, NBA, Soccer, College, Pro, Olympics, you name it and we will like be watching. Stop by and yell at the tvs(that's right, more than one) with us. You are guaranteed to have a good time no matter what night you go, and once you've been there, you will be back. Maybe because you got so drunk you forgot your shoes, or maybe to do it all over again. Dinghy Dock Bar "The Peril of Oyster Pond"
We visited the Dinghy Dock twice during our trip to St Martin. The food was great, service fairly quick, and good value. I really enjoyed the fish and chips. The location, right on the dock was beautiful. Definitely recommend.
