A delightful traditional restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely same as the service. The food is absolutely good. They serve traditional Swiss food beautifully presented. The venison with pepper sauce is highly recommended. Try it with a Swiss specialty the spezli. Wide range of dessert, the creme brûlée and maroon vermicelli is very nice. I highly recommend the place.

a few seconds after entering you get warmly welcomed and directed to the table while passing next to the large salad buffet and homemade bread. The lunch menu has a wide choice of 4 specials and there is a menu with many different alternatives. The daily specials include the salad, the soup an the main for CHF 20.00 which is very reasonable. The service is quick and very friendly. It's a perfect place for a business meeting or a quick lunch.

Knowing that this restaurant had a Michelin one star rating, we probably had high expectations. The whole enviroment, including the room settings, lights, pictures, is very elegant. The staff is professional, but the food was very disappointing.. .
The menu of 3 courses was not expensive, but also not tasty...

The level of service was really impressive, Pancakes were realy nice and fresh. the portion is also good.
The place is really clean and neat with good cutlery.
Just an advise, better to book a table prior going. sometimes its packed.

We dined at the cafe for our two day stay at the Inn of the same name. The food was fresh, perfectly prepared, and creative. I particularly appreciated the dairy free options (not so easy to find in Switzerland). The wait staff also gave us excellent and informed advice on wine pairings. This was, all four of us agreed, the best dining we enjoyed in Switzerland.

Auf einer Mountainbiketour kamen wir hungrig am Mittag in Le Locle vorbei. Das Le Moka kam gerade recht gelegen.

In the café or in the big room, a warm welcome is granted! The Caro and the Baptist concoct and serve you delicious dishes of the region, in a pleasant setting where it is good to ask! Throughout the year, you can enjoy fresh and seasonal products, cooked and carefully prepared! As soon as the weather is nice, 40 seats are waiting for you on the Terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and colorful sunsets. The love of our profession, people and a job well done are more important for us than the different labels on the market. That's why we voluntarily give up being part of it. So, look no further and enjoy the moment.

We had a perfect day with my family a great meal in a separate room with a marvelous meal and wonderful Deserts. They were really friendly and we enjoyed our stay event if this was a rainy day. We will for sure come back

Very good food with fresh and quality ingredients, according to the season. Pleasant atmosphere, sober, with an extraordinary and amazing huge pumpkin as welcoming sign! Italian family who has been living in Switzerland for almost 30 years, also making Swiss recipes (home made "Spätzli"). Excellent pumpkin ravioli as first dish.
Little confusion when we paid, but kind reaction of the owner's "Mamma"!
